Dixy Chicken in Bury

Well, I got the whole order missing one burker and 4 chucks of fries. the chickens were some time and the burger was somewhat dry and without any additives.

Pizza had no chicken on or mince beef as stated on the menu. Also came burnt and smelt funny. I got my money back through uber eats anyway but don’t waste your time.

I don't know how long they keep using the same oil for frying... Chicken was dark brown and smelt like used engines oil!! Never again from this place.

This place is absolute jokeThey don’t even answer the phone after receiving the order been trying to ring them from last half an hour no response .it’s been 1:30mins for my order still waitingShame on Dixy chicken brands name .

I ordered a pizza the pizza was orible it had to much salt on wouldn't recommend this place to any one

Very bad service. Order delivery comes with out food you have it paid .I did ordered rice but the box was all most empty .I don't suggest to any one to order from this place. 🤮🤮No souce and the chicken very sour 👎👎

I ordered from this place before with no issues except for tonight. The delivery driver drops my food in the bag on the floor. I then pay him and open the bag and did I got the wrong order. I called him back from his car, he had an angry look on his face. I told him he gave me rice instead of chips that I ordered. He then told me that it's ok and just have the rice instead of chips in a nasty way. The man has a bad attitude problem. He then said he will go get me the chips I said that's fine and handed him the rice back. I ask how long it will be he said with a slight smirk on his face 30mins or more. I told him I change my mind I'm not satisfied with the food or the service I want my money back. He refused to give my money back and starts getting very angry. I damand my money back and he shouts for his friend from the car. He comes over and trys to calm him down and tells him to give my money back but he refuses and throws the rice in my garden and knocks the chicken out of my hand deliberately. My garden and street were a mess. He started asking me what am I going to do and started being very aggressive. I couldn't believe the way he was behaving over £11 shouting swearing at me. I go inside to get my phone and they both get him the car and sped off. I phone the takeaway the manager was polite and and told me he will be dealth with and offers a refund and sent somebody to clean my garden up. However I had clear it up myself by the time another driver came to drop off my cash and clean up. The aggressive delivery driver is a small Asian lad and slim about 5'7 had a sizable nose. Wearing a navy coloured coat that looked a bit big on him. I'd say approximately 21 or 22 but could pass as younger due to his small size. Will not be ringing again due to this driver.

Worst food I have ever tested! Wings were at least 2 days old, was meant to be fried wings but looked boiled with full of oil, disgusting. Burger was the worst I think they microwaved it or something because it looked melted. I would rather die of starvation than going there again.
