Domino's Pizza Prestwich in Bury

Absolutely vile store. This is my 3rd order in weeks that’s come like this. Avoid this store. Look at the quality of the food. Avoiding giving refund. Just don’t go any where near this store.

Wow, the very best pizza ever. All the employees were super, they all provided great customer service, and safety for customers and employees. The pizza had just the right amount of toppings and sauce, could not ask for it to be better.

I did not receive the pizza they told me that I will have it in 40 minutes after 40 minutes I called I asked where the pizza was and he tells me that I have to do a reoreder because that one is canceled and I have to pay 30f again ....

Amazing service... Each and every time. Pizza always delivered piping hot and on time. Big shout out to my last delivery guy ADEEL who was super friendly and polite and a credit to Domino's... A+++

Just ordered a original cheese and tomato and a chicken feast pizza from domino's in prestwich it was absolutely awful!! Dough tasted undercooked the cheese was hard and tasteless what has happened to domino's pizza!!! I will definitely not be returning to this place again staff were very unhelpful and rude aswel AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Really happy to see domino's now have a vegan option! The chick ain't pizza is my new favourite. Prestwich domino's always arrives super quick and the drivers are friendly. Can't fault it.

Shockingly bad service. Always deliver to the wrong house. Then argue the toss when I phone them up. Like Im going to pay £20 quid upfront to deliberately send a Pizza to a random address. Subsequently after waiting up to two hours for a Pizza that spent half an hour on someone else's doorstep Pizzas always cold also average quality compared to other branches. First couple of times I putt down to staffing problems but after the last time I realised that the place is a joke. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Online showing you can order So spent £28 online I also got an email saying here’s my order number I waited 1hr and half and still no food so decided to phone the store I phoned 17 times to then finally get told that the order has not come through I had asked could I come to store then and show you my email confirmation they said NO! As they have a different order numbers to us, I find that this false advertisement and a disgraceful from a company like dominos. I had also spent £28 online as a little treat for the family and something we was looking forward too, to then also be told we can have some food if we came to the store but would have to pay another £28 what I found that the lad on the phone is taking the (Micky) as we don’t find this is good customer service something needs to be done as other emails previous have had the similar problemCallum
