Great place for good pub food in a scenic setting. Only downside is limited parking during busy times. But the atmosphere is great, the staff are friendly and the prices are affordable.

Called in for lunch. Welcoming staff. Cheerful and happy to help. There's a la cart menu and * Cosy lunch" ( simple menu) available. 2 courses for £12.95.Very good food ; fish chip's and mushy peas were excellent as was the Chicken bacon slices in a mushroom sauce.We will return in a few month's time 😃😃

A small portion of fish and chips 11.95 😳 how can you justify that. I had a small portion of fish and chips in a pub in Cheadle which was 6.95 and far nicer. Your menus not changed much but your prices have shot up. It's a pub not a gourmet restaurant. Very dissapointed

Absolutely wonderful pub! We came in out of the rain with our two huskies and all the staff were so kind and welcoming and nothing was too much! They even got our dogs some water and they had treats too! 100% recommend here, lovely dog friendly pub. Thank you!

Perfect pub for a Sunday lunch. Really nice staff. Phoned them up to say we were running a bit late after our walk - no problem at all. Food was lovely, highly recommend the pies - the crust was amazing. Generous portions, great service. Will definitely be back.

Good food, well presented and the service didn't falter even though they were busy. Service was friendly from start to finish and the decor feels fresh. This pub is a credit to it's staff in that it has come out of this side of lockdown in such good shape. Highly recommended!

The best Sunday lunch ever!!!!! The sharing platter could feed a whole family including the dog! Worth every penny, cooked to perfection! Always service with a smile!

Lovely setting. Friendly and attentive staff. We only stopped off for drinks and nibbles and sat outside, but the pub inside looked nice. Would recommend.
