Live music was amazing. Really warm,friendly & helpful staff. Brilliant atmosphere and very cosy and homely . Lovely garden too. Will be back soon to try the food as it smelt gorgeous.

Absolutely beautiful food!! I had the steak and ale pie and I cannot fault it! I don’t usually finish my meals but I ate every last bite.

Nice pub in a quiet countryside spot. Ideal walking base for Jumbles reservoir and various other walks.Good choice of ales, lovely food and and friendly staff.Dog friendly, large car park.Highly recommended.

Lovely food, comfortable cosy atmosphere and friendly staff and patrons. One star knocked off because of an issue with our food taking ages due to the ticket not going through to the kitchen. But they reconciled the issue really well and we still had a lovely time.

Great beer, great food and great staff!Recommended for a relaxed, great quality and a reasonably priced meal. 3 real ales are kept well and there's a nice outside space if the sun is shining. In the winter there's a real fire to warm your feet whilst the ales warm your inside! You won't regret a visit.

It's a nice pub in a nice setting and the food and drinks are good and reasonably priced, but the service is a bit rubbish.We had been sitting outside for 10 minutes or more being completely ignored before we had the idea of ordering via this "Round" app that the signs were recommending. Another 15 or 20 minutes later I went in to see what had happened with our order and the lady said, "Yes it came through but I wasn't here".Well we eventually got our drinks, and they were very nice, but the service and waiting times were, well, bobbins.

Lovely tables outside in the shade under umbrella's and a marquee. Set back away from the main road so nice and peaceful. Average menu, limited vegetarian options.

Called in for a little bite to eat and a little drink or two 😉 Staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was lush, will definitely be visiting again 😁
