Holcombe Brook Pizzeria in Bury

Waited hour and half still not arrived, had to cancel in the end ,reordered somewhere else,.

Pre ordered food- never turned up after an hour and half. Phoned them and they hadn't even started it.

I give it 5 because after trying quite a few, its the best American style pizza around here. Just my opinion..

Amazing customer experience and really restored my faith in humanity. I ordered through the Order YoYo site and after 5 mins my order was cancelled as they no longer deliver my way for quality control, which is completely fair. Order yo-yo took my money, which was the last thing I had to feed myself for the evening. I contacted the pizzeria who were happy to get this order reinstated as a one off as I didn’t have the money to order elsewhere. Order yo-yo said they couldn’t do this, I made the pizzeria aware and they offered, out of the kindness of their hearts, a free meal to be sent. I ended up managing to get some money sorted but the gesture of looking out for their customer when they knew I was upset (and rather hungry)is amazing. A shame they don’t deliver to me but will be getting all of my collection service in future. Thank you team for being amazing and helping me out when I thought no one would 💛

Discovered this little gem just over a year ago. Ok tried few others in between when couple little hitches but we always come back. After hard days work when we can’t be bothered cooking the question is what do you want? Stick to what we know. The staff if we have to ring have been great. We even sent a Xmas card. The drivers are so polite and courteous. Thank you all you got us through our lazy non cooking nights through this past year. This weekend has been busy for us at work so two nights in a row!! Thank you. When times are a little better we night pop over and order face to face! X

Ordered food last night, about 30 minutes later it arrived with the pizza missing. The man was very apologetic and said he would go and get the pizza. Another 40 minutes passed and the pizza hadn't arrived. We rang up to trace the missing item again and the man was very off hand and rude, told my boyfriend that they had been outside for 10 minutes and nobody answered and they had rang us. This wasn't true. The man then asked the delivery driver and he said he handed the food to us and then changed the story to "the person who answered the door said they already had the food". Come on boys, which one is it? We insisted that this wasn't true and asked then for a final time to rectify our order and were told to "f* off". Disgusting service. We have been going there for 5 years and tonight has deterred us from ever going again, you've lost a loyal customer.

Everything is great although delivery could be a bit better. Sometimes they are late or they are early and forget things or bring the wrong food but they are about five minutes to fix itEdit: Expect things to be missing. Had it 3 times over the few last weeks and there is always something missing. I mean do you guys just guess what people ordered. Come on. If you everything to be there go somewhere had enough of giving these guys chances.

I travel 10 miles from Bolton just to eat the food at this place with the wife. No takeaway comes close to this. Well done holcombe. Shame on Bolton not having places like this!

Food is absolutely amazing!! Best we have had in bury for pizza and kabab! Out of this world. Service is amazing too... 10 stars!!!

Ordered Cheese burger 1/4 pounder 2 Chicken chips and gravy all came hot and exactly at the time we requested! All food was delicious I ordered 2 Chicken but got 3 pieces gravy was Hugh chips were delicious all in all very happy. Would highly recommend. This was our first order and we will be using again soon...Thanks Mike and Julie NearyRamsbottom
