KFC - Prestwich in Bury

Jean and B looked after my family superbly when we came in for our takeaway. Exemplary service. Thank you so much. 💓However I went in a few days later and got a very average service off different employees...Hot and cold service. Depends on who's working.

Staff friendly & polite despite being really hot.Chicken driest I’ve ever had at any KFC, as if it had been holding for a long time.Never mind - I was only passing. Wouldn’t call here again.

I love kfc but the amount of bad experiences at prestwixh is unbelievableOne exampleI was unwell so my partner ordered with Uber eats she paid for two meals almost £30 pound with deliveryWhen it came the order was not correct (missing gravy pots)I got out of my death bed to take it all back on arrival I explained the problem the manager she said can I come inside and wait I said no I’ll wait in the carShe said you’ll have to come inside we are understaffed I said sorry but no do you want me to infect all your customers she snatched the bag back and went away the young lad was polite and asked me to park up pleaseI received the food went home and was looking forward to our favourite takeaway only to find both meals tasted really heavy with salt could not eat itWas this a vendetta for complaining we will never know but Iv never tasted anything like this in my lifeIf I don’t get a response soon this letter has been copied &pasted and will be spread all over social mediaAs I have said in the beginning of the letter we love kfc but always seem to get problems at prestwichWaiting for your response

Food was piping hot so had just been made, not too greasy. Best KFC I've had.

Food great we got the street party banquet via the drive through for 4 adults and 3 kids such good value!! Food fresh qnd we all enjoyed it ! Customer Service wise was surprising normally you get mediocre Service on drive thru in any fast food place but not today! Elliot from the prestwich drive thru was exceptional and im not exaggerating, he was polite helpful and really friendly! Let us know offers to save is money and more importantly served us with q smile ! KFC of you read this ....this member of staff needs recognition for his amazing customer service skills! Cannot recommend highly enough! Other staff at payment and bringing to us were also great but elliot really stood out so thank you 😊

The most soggy cold fires I've experienced at KFC. Beans were like lava and chicken was also cold.Fires went in the bin.. totally rubbish food that ended up in the bin. Not recommended....

Original Recipe chicken is amazing... Always juicy and tender. Staff are always super friendly and u get service with a smile.

Systems went offline, so had to wait as needed to order at counter rather than at one of the self serve Kiosks as I have a Blue light Card and there is no option to use this at the Kiosk. Disappointed no salad available. Once ordered, the food arrived quickly and was nice.

Staff are lovely but not the food. I'm local and have ordered many times, hesitantly and mostly in a rush situation. Gravy is generally watered down and that's my favourite but I usually just let it pass. Today I ordered 2 Zinger burger box meals which were fit for the bin. Gravy, I don't know what that was today it was almost black, but thick, that makes a change. It didn't taste like KFC's gravy at all and the rest of the meal was cold and stale as if it had been sat out on the side overnight. 🤮 JFC, CFC and all the other want to be take aways probably make chicken more like the Colonel intended it to be in comparison to this branch. A poor effort here - letting KFC down - stop cutting corners.

This is my favourite KFC, the staff are lovely, nothing is ever too much trouble, the food is always hot and fresh and they always get the orders spot on.
