Visted the cafe the other day and enjoyed a lovely latte. Really nice staff, and a lovely view over The Rock.

The store is great, nice selection and I like the design and layout of the shop. Bit pricey. The staff is lovely but overall experience is let down by the ghastly security people who are lacking any resemblance of the soft skills and will treat you and speak to you like you are a thief (even though you shop there daily), eventually kicking you out of the shop for wearing a hoodie. If you are into humiliation role play this is the perfect spot for you, if not - avoid at all cost.

Lovely store and fantastic cafe. Clean, great food and coffee really nice efficient friendly staff

Marks and Spencer is a nice outlet and well sorted, big area with underwear and all types of clothing, the prices were fair do I am satisfied. There is a customer toilet inside which I found to be clean. Enjoyed lurking around there and will go again when in the Are

Nice store and helpful staff, has lots of different items to look at and buy good quality, but not cheap again you get what you pay for, good quality comes at a price.

We have the Premium coffee vouchers. The older ones were valued at £2.75With the newer ones you can order any drink of your choice and size.Yesterday we were refused a large coffee, staff stated we only entitled to the smaller one.My husband was quite embarrassed at the till being told he had to have the smaller one.Staff should be brought up to date with the situation with the vouchers. We have had a large cup for awhile now, even at the Bury store. The second till open would help to relieve the Queues at the tills. Most daysStood there quite awhile.

Lovely spacious store great food in a separate section, been alot over the years friendly staff, toilet facilities for those needing to go moments which are clean and well maintained

·

Staff ok clothing part of shop is very good, with a lift up to the first floor where there's a small cafe, menswear, beauty, children's wear and lingerie, rhe ground floor food court is good now and the rest of the ground floor is ladies wear.

·

Great place for shopping, all variety of clothing, they have a coffee shop on the second level which is convenient when out and about with kids, don't forget your m&s card to get scanned after every shop 😀

I went into M&S in Bury to look for a birthday card and a present for my friend. I couldn't choose between several lovely cards so I went and browsed the bottles of spirits. I found a tiny bottle and a mixed can of the perfect drink for my friend but could not find a larger bottle.I asked the young woman on the bread counter if she knew about the drinks which she didn't, but she fetched her collegue who was a very helpful young man.I had several food items to pay for so I went to a manned checkout as I had an alcoholic drink which needed approval. Again the assistant was a young man. All three staff were extremely helpful and friendly and gave the kind of customer service I expect from M&S. They were all very clean and tidy and well presented (and very good looking indeed) and they really are a credit to this store.I tell all my friends to visit the food store late in the day as they reduce items on their end date to ridiculously low prices. I buy some high quality food items for a fraction of the price I would pay at my local budget supermarket.Quality produce, exceptional staff and the general ambiance of the store makes a visit to M&S Bury altogether a very enjoyable experience.I don't know how clearly the picture shows today's bargains but what was over £5 worth of goods cost me £1.60.
