Cold fries and cold Big Mac! Nice friendly staff though. Went in again this week and the food was warmer but my girlfriend found a hair on one of her fries!

McDonald’s The Rock is a busy set up and full of customers specially on the weekends.Not fully satisfied with the services by the staff and looks like struggling at some point with deliveries 📦

Thursday was a quiet day in Bury, so called in for a burger and fries. Waiting time was not bad, however, burger not quite as warm as I like and the chips just about warm, but as I was hungry still enjoyed 😊

Never going to any macdonalds, for the second time, I had a double sausage and egg. Within 1 hour I've had stomach cramps, and when you are on a train its hard. This was the macdonalds on picadilly Manchester. Never again.

burgers are usually nice here if I get another cold one I will take 2 stars off. People don't like paying for sat cold food I would rather wait .

The dirtiest McDonald’s that I have ever been to. The table were dirty and litter on the floor. I feel sorry for a female staff member who had to sort out a group of rowdy teenagers all they did would mock her.

This is the dirtiest place I have ever eaten, ketchup all over most tables, benches and the floor. The toilets were filthy. About 50% of the tables were left uncleared. I wouldn't mind so much but there was about 10 customers in. The girl on the till although lovely was nit trained to work on the till and did not know how to change fries for fruit bags. Disgusting, worst macdonnalds I have ever visited. I only wish I knew how to add photos to this review

Absolutely shocking service today. Managers didn't seem to know what was going on or care for that matter. Waited over 20 minutes for 1 big tasty and 1 happy meal, the happy meal came without nuggets 🤷♂️
