Mcdonald's Restaurants in Bury

never again ! I waited 15 minutes for the order. and these are medium fries.

Well, what can we say about this absolute shambles of an experience!? We waited nearly 10 minutes after being asked to wait at the last window as they had run out of the chocolate milkshake. One of the servers had taken our drinks to another car which they passed back after they were clearly wrong. We were then given our drinks that were Medium and I had paid for Large. By this time I stated that our food was cold by now but all they could offer us was a fresh set of fries.!!

Obsessed with making you park up to wait for your food, I don’t think they realise how awkward and annoying this is. I’ve resorted to going elsewhere. - You drive past thinking there’s no queue and you’ve got time to stop on a busy day, yet once you drive around to collect your food they make you park in a queue that blocks the crossing, blocks people from getting out, or they ask you to park in a space that doesn’t exist. It’s honestly infuriating. Just leave us sat in the queue before the windows, we don’t mind waiting!

Honestly the slowest serving McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Leave you waiting to order. Pay window no problem. But then they always ask you to park up to receive food. Which then can be a wait of 5 mins and anything up to 15minsI just don’t get it. There always seems to be plenty of people working there. Oh and they constantly mess orders up/forget orders.

Awful awful service. 4 meals ordered, 1 not received. 2 incorrect. No bacon means bacon! Speak to the 'awesome' manager Luke and utter useless. Cannot send an amended delivery. Won't refund unless one comes in person with receipt. Won't accept remote refund either despite offering to send him pics and receipt. Abysmal! Avoid avoid

Worst McDonald’s in the area. Always slow through the drive thru and often miss items from your order. Tonight I order 4 large meals which I think is an easy order to get right. Only to get home and find one of the burgers was missing, also all the fries were only half full. Had ordered large and they contained less than a medium portion. Will use Pilsworth in future.

This place and its staff is over run with dumb 16 - 18 year olds who don't care about the job and think nothing of serving you the wrong order after about half an hour of waiting and they also act like it's a liberty when they bring you cold food and you complain about it....the managers are equally as stupid. I can see why McDonald's workers earn bare minimum wage. They would be better off sacking everyone, starting a fresh and replacing the current staff with chipmunks and chihuahuas. Poor. Very poor.

WORST MCDONALDS AND SERVICE EVERThis being the only McDonald’s open 24/7 near us, we keep giving it a chance for some reason but on at least 7 different occasions they’ve missed half the order and completely messed up the rest. Just waited an hour for an order with half of the food missing, will never be ordering again from here and I implore you to do the same.If management are reading this I ask that you get your **** together

Eat in service was slow as the take away drivers get priority. Kitchen staff don't wear gloves and handle fish, cheese and meat at the same time. Food was served at the table in a bag. Very view sauces available. I was offered tarter sauce as an alternative to mayo. I went to the bathroom and came back to find the remainder of my food had been cleared away. Thinking about it, that was probably a blessing.

Hand sanitizer available on entry. No staff on the door telling you what to do like at other McDonald’s. In terms of being a covid safe restaurant, no employee approached a group of about 7 teens who were all gathered at one table, clearly not all in one household/ bubble etc. Burger was cold but I went and told a lady behind the counter and she was very helpful and brought me a new one. Sadly no mustard on either of them which was annoying. Fries were nice and I had a mayo chicken too which was nice. Unfortunately the toilets were dirty which isn’t pleasant.
