McDonald's in Bury

Both McDonald's in Bury are good .did self order n machine didn't print a receipt, so helpful staff went had a look on the orders for my meal n gave the order num .

Visited two hours ago, what a disgrace!!! ordered to eat in but gave me take out?? no wonder, two chicken sandwich meals both cold, stale baps toffee latte half a cup and cold only hot thing was the tea, looked really dirty, staff just walking around oblivious.Definitely won't be coming back, not a nice experience. Would have given no stars if I could.

It ok but the service os soooo slow 😕

Absolutey rubbish. The staff didn’t have a clue what they were doing. Don’t know how long it takes to make a bloody mc flurry but it doesn’t take 15 minutes However, I ordered a McFlurry for a quid but ended up with a another donnay a meal which was a quarter pounder, fries and a drink so overrall i am buzzing.

Just had breakfast there this morning food was ok it's quick and dose the job you put your order on touch screen you pick up at the counter so no seeing staff

The restaurant was clean, partially empty As the dinner rush was over. Staff extremely helpful showing me how to use the computer board. Sadly they don't carry iced tea at this McDonald's. Easy to find.

Absolutely shocking items missing on 2 recent orders.Despite asking them to check order.It all well and good just eat offering a refund but it doesn't sold the issue that someone at MacDonald cannot follow a simple list. I wouldn't mind but both McDonald's in bury are as bad..... management needs to sort

The restaurant only serve cold water even for kids, very bad customer service not professional at all

Restaurant was clean. Lots of staff behind the counter/in the kitchen but the service was slow compared to most McDonald's. Chips were hot but cheeseburger was cold. Next time I'll try customising to make sure it's cooked fresh and worth the wait.

Cold fries and cold Big Mac! Nice friendly staff though. Went in again this week and the food was warmer but my girlfriend found a hair on one of her fries!
