Great service from the staff. Great food from the kitchen. Overall great Indian dine in. Highly recommend

worst curry i’ve ever ordered chicken was dry, Sauce was creamy tasted like cream. Had 2 bites will never order again

Service was very slow, repeatedly had to ask about drinks and to take our order. I think it was a busy night and they did say that they had not expected this many customers. Service was extremely slow we had to chase every course.

Used their takeaway service, waited an hour extra over their estimated delivery time, tried to call them multiple times their phones not being answered, food finally arrived cold and their prawn main dish apparently consists of two burnt prawns - very disappointing.

Been coming here for years and loved it all that time despite it not being cheap. Had a bad feeling when I turned up and unnecessary promo signage added to outside spoiling the look of a great building. Smelled wrong walking in...Sauces bland and obviously pureed rather than cooked down..chicken sold as tikka wasn't...dips not right and v miserly...even poppadoms burnt.. I'm hoping the old team come back but not sure I'll risk it again

If I could give this restaurant a 0 star review, I would! My husband and I are vegetarian and ordered our meals for collection over the phone. We were told to collect in around 30 - 40 minutes. Over an hour later, and after hanging around waiting for 25 minutes, our food was finally ready. We then got home and started tucking into our meals, only for my husband to discover that his vegetarian korma had lamb in it. We phoned Mogul up to explain what had happened, and instead of receiving a polite explanation or apology, we were accused of ordering a lamb korma and told that it was “not [their] problem”. Utterly disappointed and appalled at the level of customer service and unprofessional conduct at this restaurant. Needless to say, we will never be back.

Ordered through uber eats. Not impressed. Biriyani was seriously salty. Couldn't eat it. Tikka massala was bland and tasteless. Have ordered previously and was good. Sadly not this time

I ate here a few years ago and found the food to be flavourless and swimming in oil. I decided to give it another go again recently. It took over an hour to get our meal despite the place being half empty. We got no apologies from the rude staff. The food was over priced and not pleasant.

poppadoms and dips extremely tasty. tandoori chicken tikka massala not so good. delivery time was late although acceptable on a weekend evening

The portions don’t come bigger at this excellent value for menu curry house. What a grand place; Mogul has been based in this refashioned establishment for 20 years.
