Nando's in Bury

Top notch staff - very friendly and went above and beyond. very attentive. Speedy service The staff here are worth the visit! ive been to plenty of Nandos around the uk and this visit was my top.

1st visit to Nandos. Took my wife for valentines treat toilets had no working soap dispensing machines on leaving the toilet there's a free standing hand sanitising station that wasn't working either not good really for a food establishment . Place was tired looking dirty leather seats etc . Couldn't fault the food or the staff though probably just needs a face-lift!

Came in tonight for my sons 6th birthday, didn't have the greatest of experiences at all. When our food came to the table the waitress basically threw chips at us didn't apologise but offered another portion. Ordered a burger with mango&lime sauce but got given the lemon dressing by mistake and to top it all off my cider was served with a hot glass 👌 cheers guys, much appreciated 👍 would like to really thank the lad in the grey nandos shirt though for accommodating his birthday requests and being so kind with the deserts, honestly saved the night for us if only he could of been our server from the start respect that guy

Went here for a meal with my sister for her birthday, had a slight issue with the chicken which was immediately resolved straight away by the manager Ben who was so understanding and reissued the chicken and extra sides along with a little birthday cheesecake such brilliant customer service from Ben and his team.

Awful.. don't go. Waited over an hour still no food manager was too busy sorting take outs to be bothered to help us! We were with my 78ur old mum who has dementia. Had to fully refund us as they had lost the order( total lie as the drinks and correct cutlery arrived straight away) not impressed@!@

Not a great experience.Time of visit - 12pm- Food on the leather seats from day before- can’t understand why when so many staff members where stood about doing nothing.- Soap dispenser in ladies toilets broken and had fallen off into the sink.- Sanitary bin in ladies wide open due to being broken- No salt- Meals arrived within 3 mins of ordering- Chicken was raw in 1 meal- totally unacceptable! Got a full refund for this.I would have thought post Covid the place would be spotlessly clean.Won’t be returning.

Was dissapointed there was no tea on the menu and no finger bowls to wash hand after eating chicken wings. Meal was very tasty!!

Standard Nando’s, went during the great chicken shortage of 2021. They have a limited menu and i wish i had left at that point but i didn’t, instead i paid £50ish food that nobody enjoyed. the bread was brick-like on one of the burgers.

Went this evening for my sons birthday tea. We have always been a fan of Nando's but not anymore. No chicken on the bone or wings available, not to worry we had the butterfly chicken breasts and breast fillets. But i wish we hadn't had bothered, it was the worse chicken i have ever tasted, tiny portions, dry as a bone and totally tasteless. I previously worked in the chicken trade and from my experience and in the absence of any chicken on the bone i would hazard a guess they are using frozen, then defrosted pre cooked chicken fillets and butterfly chicken which they then warm up with a bit of sauce. Avoid and try a local kebab shop until this place improves!!!!. Peri chips were nice though......

Overall a good nandos. 15 minutes wait as expected here, its really busy. Starters and mains come out really quick and cooked well. Chips are a winner too, not too soggy or crispy. Pitta starter with halloumi, kids main, 2 adults main with 3 drinks came to £47. We'll be back here again 👍
