What a lovely evening. Relaxed atmosphere and incredibly friendly staff. The food was delicious. I honestly can’t find fault with anything. We will definitely visit again.

Went in here & enjoyed a nice turkey Christmas Dinner & a lovely bowl of winter vegetable soup. Haven't been in for a couple of years, but I will definitely come back. Good service & the food was hot & tasty.

Fabulous bottomless brunch. The staff were amazing and so attentive to such a large group. Drinks flowing and food fantastic; definitely worth the money. The manager and his team are friendly and welcoming. Would recommend x

Only second time here in maybe 5 or 6 years and remembered the first time as being good, but this second time exceeded expectations. From the service to the food it was great... There were ten of us in a busy restaurant and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The food was delicious and generously portioned, and to be honest not extortionate.The staff are friendly and attentive but not in your face.I would recommend this place for special occasions, groups wanting something a bit different and couples wanting informal dining.Beer in frosted glasses is a nice touch.

Hmmm, not been here for a while and mixed thoughts on a return.An enjoyable evening with L'il J, chatting and laughing and the sharing platter was reasonable enough. Salt and pepper chicken wings, barbecue ribs, potato skins, onion rings, tortilla chips, corn cobs and dips.Fish pie for me, with veggies. All a bit under seasoned and uninspiring.Steak and ale pie for L'il J, with chips and veggies. By all accounts this was equally uninspiring.There was nothing you'd complain about but nothing to rave about.Our server was faultless, chatty without being intrusive and couldn't apologise enough when he forced us to admit being underwhelmed.And why might I try it again? There are 65 gins behind the bar. Cheers!
