Went for afternoon tea. Lovely setting at this family run garden centre. All the food is delicious, resourced and produced locally eggs, meat, etc. The cheerful, friendly and welcoming staff make the whole experience extra Special. Thank you for a memorable afternoon.

Food was extremely poor quality and the service, whilst efficient, was a mix of inexperienced younger staff and curt to the point of rudeness older staff.Overpriced for what you get on your plate both in terms of quality and quantity, the garden centre itself needs some TLC and the shop ridiculously overpriced (though it's a garden centre and that's just in keeping with most similar types of shop). One to avoid really.

I can certainly recommend the afternoon tea, it was absolutely delicious. I recently had afternoon tea at Harvey Nichols in Manchester and can honestly say it wasn't a patch on the one I had at Park Farm. The little cup of soup for starters is a nice addition.

So came here with granmar and my mum we ordered full English breakfast witch was mine the sausage and bacon was burnt. We ordered sausage muffin that was my mum's that was burnt and granmar ordered beef and onion muffin witch was lovley. And the staff were lovley but the pay nearly 30 pounds for burnt food isn't the best and felt embarrassed to say anything to be honest.

Lovely tearoom. We hadn't booked, but that was no problem. There is actually another dining room available; just does not have a view. We were seated in the main dining room. I was impressed when we were ordering that we had the option of a smaller or regular meal. We chose the smaller, which was plenty. Cheese and onion pie with new potatoes and salad. Very nice. Would highly recommend. Going again soon.

I never normally reveiw on here, but after I've just read a derogatory review, I really felt the need...We have been in today (which must be one of the busiest days in hospitality, mother's day) it was fabulous! The staff couldn't do enough for us, and went above and beyond at every turn, the food was top notch and great value, and its one of the most child friendly venues in the area. The staff are all extremely well presented, polite and professional! The kitchen is spotless, and can be viewed when you go to pay. It's a little gem in Ramsbottom and we are so lucky to have this on our doorstep!Thank you Park Farm for making our mothers day so memorable!

Such a shame to have had a poor experience from the staff at the restaurant here.Problem 1) I was told off by one of the staff members as I asked for a soup and a sandwich but she charged me separately for them each rather than bundling it in to the meal deal. She refused to rectify and as such I had to pay more for a mistake she made.Problem 2) I found a hair in the soup. I stopped eating it from that moment. I was still charged for it.Problem 3) we had a 2 year old who dropped some crumbs of food on the floor. The staff member said 'I think it's bloody disgusting that you've left this mess on the floor'.Not happy. Staff need to learn how to treat customers and speak with respect.

All it missed was Julie Walters coming up to take my order. Seriously, it's a quaint old fashioned cafe serving lovely food. Lots of options and lovely attentive staff. Together with the garden centre and good/gift shop it's an ideal place for us oldies to go to. Recommended.

This was my 2nd visit. Having a 3 year old yearning for play time, the little outdoor area they have is a great addition and she couldn't wait to return for another go!The food both times has been lovely, fresh, well prepared and arriving quite promptly (when we have eventually managed to order). The service has let it down slightly on both occasions but definitely not so much that I would not visit again.
