Good food, friendly atmosphere, polite and nice staff/service

Nice food! I ate in over the weekend, nice place, polite staff, good prices. Only a four star because the egg wasn't runny on my breakfast. Same on my girlfriends so I knew it wasn't a one off.

40mins wait for a breakfast wow. No mushrooms on it, just said don't think we got any left.. I did get brought some over.... chippy sausages and grease soaked hashbrown. Thin over salted bacon.. beans was nice haha... Won't be coming back again reminds me of a glass backstreet cafe that's overpriced and looks posh.

Had a great breakfast this morning, staff were really busy, but we were seated and served in good time. Most importantly, the breakfast was delicious.

Ordered Beans on toast & egg on toast, 40 minutes later no food, when asked the girl went through the order list and hadn't started ours. She said we've been busy, I said you're running a cafe you expect to be busy & if you can't serve a simple lunch then you can't cope. Not only did we walk out 2 others lots of people walked out. Service appalling. We used to go there a lot & we're served in minutes. Won't be going there again. We had to look for somewhere to have lunch but ended up with M&S sandwiches. My advice pintos get your act together. Don't expect people to wait around for 40 minutes at lunch time. Very bad service and management.

I enjoy coming here for a naughty pick me up breakfast. Its always a hefty order as most people in the office want in too. Staff are lovely and understanding and the prices are good too.

First time I have been and basically the all day large breakfast for take away was minging. After half hour wait, the meal consisted of cheap tasting ingredients and wasn't piping hot. Also when i asked if I could pay with cash, the lady serving looked at me as if I had taken a dump on the counter. Not for me thanks. Buy your own quality ingredients and cook it yourself, you'll save money and enjoy it more.

Absolutely love this place but today I ordered a takeaway, when a woman walked in without a mask, I asked her where her mask was and it was by her side. I asked why are you not wearing it.Response- I'm only here to protect myself and don't care about anybody else.For me the shop has a moral responsibility to protect everybody and not serve people like this.Really sorry I've had to post this nobody likes bad press but people's lives are at stake.
