Rio's Gourmet Grill in Bury

I bought a deal on Wowcher for 4 of us after reading the reviews. The portions are big but we weren't very impressed and won't be returning. My son said that the chips were like the ones you get in ASDA. We much prefer Burgerking. Sorry my mistake it was Groupon.

Customer service is very bad, 1st they messed my order up so i had to go back and tell them they missed out 1 of my meals.. which took me 25mins to get, so made mh food at home cold, & i don't even get an apology.. all got was where busy u have to wait.. absolutely disgusting and disappointed would recommend to go there. Food waa average not the best.

New refurbished Rio's.Chips and garlic bread was nice.Steak and lamb burger were perfect.Much better than last 2 years I came here.Brownie and vanilla ice cream were tasty.

Yesterday we had guests round at our house, so we decided to order food, which didn’t arrive at all,We had waited over 1 :30 hours to be told 2 times that it will be 10-15minutes, another 30mins gone by no food,This is not the first time this has happened it’s actually the 3rd time. And we only live 2/3 mins drive, shocking service won’t ever order from ther again and I didn’t even refund my refund which they said would be processed immediately.Appalling service, half of them don’t know what they are doing and some of the staff have stush attitude.Sort it out and I want my refund! Will never order again from RioS ! Worse service ever!Ordered food at 8 and didn’t get anything up untill 10, to be told it will be another 15minutes.Literally not even 1mile away from our home!Shocking

Ordered food at 8pm was to Arrive for 9pm. Waited and called twice to be told they were busier than usual and it would be 5-10 mins. Food never showed up. Asked for refund but wil see if that happens! Shocking service. 2 hours for 3 meals and one for a child. Disgusted.

I have just had my first Rio’s order after several friends recommended, the food is amazing! The portion sizes are great and plenty of filling in the wraps.I pre-ordered ion the website for delivery on my lunch break and the order was delivered bang in time.I would 100% recommend this place ♥️

Honestly don't get why this place has only 3.9 stars. Burger and fries were very nice. Same price as any other takeaway but better quality. Will definitely be back xx

Portion sizes are great. A takeaway that ACTUALLY does a good portion of veg too. My grilled lamb chops were OK, with good flavour. Not too greasy, but a little chewy. Been twice (once delivery, once collection). Both times, order was ready in good time.

Always visited this place and been a huge fan of it. Food is always consistent and has never let me down. Customer service is always great and can confidently recommend and say this is one of, if not THE best place in Manchester to grab a meal.Best burgers, steaks and their LAMB CHOPS 🔥🔥Definitely recommend. Always a 5/5 for Rios.

Great little takeaway with seating inside. Wide selection of food, desserts and shakes.
