Without doubt the most disgusting take away I've had in England. Most of the chips were stale, hard and horrible. The chicken was also horrible, hard and dry. I'm not even fussy but.....disgusting,

Ordered a delivery at 20.45 with a delivery time of 21.29. Arrived at 21.51. Late and Cold. driver tried to say he phoned me. Yes rang at 21.44 at the end if the street then watched him drive round corner before coming back 7 minutes later.

I order here once or twice a week, ordered a burger tonight online and rang up to ask if they could put the sauce separate, they refused. Can’t believe how bad their customer service is, won’t be ordering from them again.

The Tower burger was one of the nicest I've ever had and chips were really nice too. Definitely recommend this place

Ordered a very basic kebab with just chilli sauce and got something totally different! When I telephoned to explain their mistake it was like trying to talk 4 year olds. I spoke to two separate people who both told me they had made the kebab - why they told me that, I don’t know! Terrible customer service and I will not be ordering from them again.
