Nice friendly staff but unfortunately my order was completely wrong. The rest of the party was OK. Food good, not outstanding.

Not been for a while. Wasnt too good last time. We thought we'd d give it another try today. Looks lime new management/staff. It was frankly the best steak and ale pie ive had in a pub. I am leaving a very happy man. Well done. Be back next week😊

Me and my partner turned up at the pub to be told that they were fully booked but said we would wait for a table to which I'm so pleased we did wait within 5 minutes the staff had managed to find a table and seat us we received the best service from the the staff who were warm and welcoming we ordered our food the food came very well presented and cooked to a high standard the staff couldn't do more for me and my partner which made the experience more enjoyable we had a lovely meal on our date night a big thank you to all the staff involved 😀 😊

Had an amazing experience from the moment we walked into this establishment today. We was greeted by Lucy who made us welcome and looked after us throughout our time there. The food was well presented hot and tasty. A positive lunchtime family treat thanks to Lucy who was very friendly and made the visit enjoyable.

I have had lots of lovely meals at the rose & crown, I recently had a lovely meal for my 60th birthday , the food was hot & tasty served quickly by helpful friendly staff nothing was to much trouble for them. The new menu is lovely I have recommended the rose & crown to all my friends & family lovely food friendly staff good service what more could you want , well done rose & crown .

Always lovely food and friendly service. Car parking can be a pain and we were told anyone can park there not just customers from the pub. A pity the post man in his van doesn't show consideration to customers by parking his van in the last space so my daughter couldn't park when we had a booking.

Family pub serving food at a reasonable price. A selection of two pub classic meals for £10.50. Sandwich and a drink deal for £6. A choice of 3-4 real ales. Fair selection of wines and spirits. Seasonal deals throughout the year. Considering the relative low number of people in the pub ; service was a bit slow.
