Shethu in Bury

Used to go here regularly 17 years ago. Stopped today on our way through the Manchester area and ordered a takeaway. Same owner and they were just as efficient and friendly. The food was delicious, just a good as ever. The poppodums were a little thin (still good) but the onion bhajis were lovely. Overall good curries and an accolade that they are still as good all these years on. Thank you

The worst curry ever, no taste just like a tin of tomatoes with tobacco sauce. The pompadoms were burnt to a crisp. Will not order again.

My favourite Indian in Bury High recommend the mixed started and tandoori. The curry's are great also.

Chicken Tikka Massala is legendary! Quick delivery, I always ask from mine spicy!

Food is Superb 👌 Fair price 👍

Always happy to see us & very chatty guy's the food is excellent 😊

Food not to bad but he said I had to put my number in for my bank card not swipe and he didn’t want to give me receipt when I got home I looked at the receipt it had all my bank details on it every one of them ??? Why is all my details on there ?? I have now reported them to the bank cancelled my card never going there again .. now I have to wait for my new card up to 5days and wait for my new PIN number Not happy at all first and last time I go there .. every receipt I have ever had does not have all your details on like that

Great Indian takeaway...been coming here since it opened... the staff are lovely and friendly and will help with your choices if needed.

Never again. Tough, chewy meat - and if the meat in the 'lamb' dish was actually lamb (debatable), it was completely overcooked and possibly past its use-by date :/
