The brown cow is a wonderful restaurant ,lunch will be served 12 to 1:45 pm in different varieties, delicious food,Burrs country park visitors very well attracted by the brown cow.Friendly staffs and friendly, beautiful garden to sit and dine and everything here fantastic.

This is our 4th visit to The Brown Cow , last 3 was over the covid restrictions, all 3 visit could not fault the staff and the excellent service. We are back again and in the pub no restrictions, atmosphere great, service still excellent.

Good selection of food and drink 🍸 😋 very well staffed with a very welcoming atmosphere. Well placed for going to after a good walk 🚶♂️ and having a caravan site next door it's ideal 👌.

Sunday lunch not good at all. Frozen yorkshire pudding 2 tiny dropped in the chip pan roast potatoes the beef very tough gravy like sludge for £10.95 per person we were very disappointed we've had meals here before and very ni ce but Sunday not recommend.

Love this place.. whilst being so close to bury and various hosing areas, you feel like you could be out on holiday relaxing it he pub or the back garden.Can get busy on sunny days, but all the food is really nice I reckon it's worth it for a local place to go.Situated within burrs country park, provides for a great watering hole pre or post walk round the park. Or even better after a paddle on the river irwel.

The is a true British pub (not many of these left). The food is truly fantastic. My favourite is the big mix grill. Great service and a lovely, friendly atmosphere. Dogs a very welcome.
