Friendly service, good strong coffee and a nice selection of teas. Fluffy scrambled eggs and very tasty bacon. There are always a few of us go for breakfast and they don't mind us moving tables and are very accommodating.

A good and friendly experience where staff were very friendly and welcoming with a smile. The salmon dish my wife and I chose was very well presented and very much to our liking. We had a very good English Breakfast here which was freshly cooked and used locally sourced ingredients. It wasn't the cheapest breakfast but it was good value overall. The coffee here is excellent with a good choice of blends and is very good value. Service is friendly and efficient.

Good service. Very pleasant waitress. We visited at lunchtime and were the only people in for most of the time. Thought they might do better if the breakfast menu, which was very good and reasonably priced, but only served until 11 30 was served for lunch as well. We asked if they could do us a tea cake and bacon sandwich from the breakfast menu, which they did. Both were good. This is more of a cafe, but many of the dishes on the lunch menu were more expensive meals that maybe most wouldn't want at lunchtime.
