The Flamin Chicken in Bury

Just been to FLAMIN CHICKEN BURY I had Chicken burger with chips the burger very cold is like been cooked days ago the filet chicken was hard no test or flavour and the Coustomer service very unprofessional

So I have just ordered from Flamin Chicken, I ordered a chicken wrap meal, and three pieces of chicken and chips meal, I also asked for 5 hot wings, the man on the phone could not have been anymore rude, he didn’t listen to a thing I said on the phone, the order has arrived, only two hot wings and for the two meals the order came to £20.00 exactly, slightly suspicious and if ordered online this is not the price it comes to... I have rang the restaurant and told them that there was no coleslaw, there was only two wings and the guy on the phone (the same one that I ordered with) wouldn’t do anything about it, all he kept saying was that he was the one who packed the food, this clearly wasn’t the case, the food was awful, the chips were stale, the chicken wasn’t even close to being on par with smart price and the customer service was absolutely shocking, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, absolutely disgusting all around, the chicken wasn’t even cooked correctly, and the staff clearly haven’t been trained or raised to be a human being, that place should be shut down! Absolute animals they are

Excellent food been going for years and never once been disappointed quite cheap aswel 👌

Ordered a takeaway for almost 25 quid. Food was awful soggy cold chips, fillet burger was cold and dry, not even the mayonnaise helped and the 3 2x chicken piece dinners we ardered were also dry chicken. Awful food. Will never order from them again. The dog wouldnt even eat it

If I was allowed I would have given zero stars. The customer service is absolutely disgusting.Twice our order has been wrong which we can except these things happen. However response when contacting to rectify their mistake was extremely disrespectful putting all the blame on us the customer. Twice we rang and twice they hung up. After writing this I will be getting in touch with someone who protects customers from bad business people like this. DO NOT ORDER YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH A SHORT ORDER AND OUT OF POCKET

Just order a 10 piece family chicken meal and 5 piece chicken wings. When food came was missing chicken wings we rang up they said we didn't order the chicken wings and the family meal was dearer than they said on Web site. They was Extremely rude with us and put the phone down on us. We rang back and they was just as rude and hung up again on us. DO NOT ORDER OF THESE PEOPLE

Obviously the chicken has stood in the warmer for a while. It was full of liquid fat. The chips were undercooked and to be honest I threw it all in the bin outside the shop. Will never go there again.

Popped in for a quick bite, the chicken wrap was nice and had 2 of chicken and chips. He stuck in a free hot wing for me to taste. Nice of the guy. Well worth trying out I think.

Nice food here - we think it's better than KFC down the road. Staff are always polite and quick to serve. The scoff is always piping hot on delivery or after we pick up and take it home. Parking is usually not a problem.

I wanted to place an order by phone, but the person answering the call couldn't speak English. I had to repeat my postcode at least 5 times and he still didn't get it right. I then came to the shop and was then served by another gentleman who finally could speak EnglishIt's a shame because the food is great but the customer service is horrendous.Looking at past reviews, I can see that other people are complaining about the same issue.Please make sure your staff speaks English as it's easier to understand each other.
