Food service wasn't spectacular, we expected it be slower due to our group size but a starter & dessert were completely missed, there was a substantial wait before starters and between courses. Some of the food wasn't up to standard too, garlic butter was a bowl of melted butter without garlic/herbs, lasagne was microwaved rubber. Hanging kebabs were lacking and dry.

Pretentious and Over Priced! Beef Wrap had no meet and was pure fatty bits with veg and sauce. Had to order fries separately so paid nearly £5 to try the ‘Salt and Pepper’ chips which were pub chips with the Salt and Pepper pots poured on.Holt’s pub trying to serve Michelin star food and it’s going horribly wrong!

Local good quality friendly pub with very good range of food. Enjoyed our meal . All very clean in-between tables changes. Nice to be out local and not worrying about Covid.

Checking this place out ahead of Salford red devils moving to moor lane next season 2023.....good vibe and within walking distance to the ground, could become new local.

Food very poor. Southern fried chicken fillet on my burger was over cooked and very salty, uneatable. Partner had mushrooms in stilton cheese sauce, came out like water. Won't be eating there again

Nice pub, fab beer garden especially in the sun. Our fave is the hanging kebabs!! Staff are always lovely and food is nice for the price.

Friendly pub with delicious and affordable food. It's kids friendly too 😃Taking advantage of the Eat out to Help Out is a great way of trying different dishes and making sure our beloved pubs manage to go through these harsh times. It's clean and they respect the social distancing very much by having good distance between tables and they are even wearing gloves when you are served. Their pies are a must go for! Plenty of food on your plate too!

Came on a Monday, and there was a buy one free one offer on Mondays! So it was super worth it for us. The portion was large and the taste was good. The staff were approachable and friendly and even asked us whether the food was alright afterwards! Overall a great experience for you to bring family and friends over!

Very impressed with this place. Exceeds the normal standard for "Pub food" By a country mile.Medium rare sirloin steak cooked to perfection, chef really deserves praise, amazing chestnut mushrooms, skinny fries were great, not soaked in oil, very satisfied with the meal, great selection of non alcoholic drinks which Is a plus when driving, and the dessert menu...I got the Malteser and chocolate sundae...Trust me, get it!Staff were great too, from the waiters, to the bar staff, very happy indeed.
