The Pizza Factory in Bury

Hot, fresh and tasty food. Good customer service and quick delivery with fair pricing. I really enjoyed the “flamethrower” pizza.Definitely worth a try, and easily as good as the big named pizza companies.

Absolutely useless. Ordered 2 trays of Donna with salad and chilly sause for £17 came with no salad, cold meat and no extra sauce that I paid for. Will not be ordering again.

Absolutely shocking service, disgusting attitude and threats from staff.. very poor hygiene place needs shutting down it's an absolute disgrace.. anyone who orders from a scruffy place like this more than once needs medical help.. defo reporting to health and safety

My favourite takeaway pizza place in Prestwich. Never disappoints! Really good quality ingredients. This establishment has had the same owner for 15 years so it's obvious he's doing something right! Can't wait for my next one! Thanks Pizza factory! 👍👍👍

Assaulted at pizza factory. I asked for a cheese burger and chips. The man said 2.70 when he was about to give it to me I asked him to throw some onions on the chips. He asked for 3.70! I started to film him and asked why such an increase for some onions? He and his co worker then came from behind the counter and attacked me. One grabbed me around the head and the other trying to take my phone. I was lucky to pull away and get outside and phone the police! I was lucky enough to video the assault up until my phone was grabbed off me whilst I was being choked. This has been passed to the police. Stay away!!!!

Ordered a large pizza and it was very nice, the guy there was making a kebab and that too looked very nice so will be trying one of them from here soon 👍

Have ordered takeaways from here for years. The food is still good but service has deteriorated badly over the last few months. After several incorrect phone orders, I rang to arrange to collect the correct kebab, turned up to collect and they tried to charge me again for it! Very poor service and shall not be going back

I've been a few times and all but one trip have been fantastic. Really nice pizzas, the only hiccup we had was that a pizza was loaded with mushrooms when it shouldn't have had any, luckily she likes mushrooms and ate it anyway.

The pizzas here are as cheap as my ex wife taste.(that says a lot for me!)The guy asked if I wanted a thin crust or a thick crust.I came for a pizza,not a slice of toast!He asked if I wanted my pizza cut into four or eight slices.I told him to cut it into four as I wouldn't eat eight.I asked him for a job here as I knead the dough and wanted to earn a good crust!I like the pictures of various pizzas they have in the window that are faded by the sun.I wasn't sure if I was looking at the pizza shop window or the barbers window next door!The salad here is fresh.....fresh in 1982!The guy asked if I wanted nan bread,I told him I'd just left her house and she wasn't hungry.I heard someone shout to me 'Olives on your pizza?'I said ' Ring Popeye and get him to get her offit!'I asked the proprietor if he had ever tried his hand at modeling.He said 'Why,no sir'I said 'well,you wanna try modeling that dough into the pizza I ordered an hour ago!'
