Base Express in Carlisle

Worst pizza I have ever eaten would get better from Iceland for a pound gross food never again wish I could give less stars but won't let me

Pizza very basic, and chilli sauce really disappointed.

Really poor and disgusting experience. Went for a pizza, hair in pizza whilst eating, took it back to the takeaway and the staff starts to complain and swear. He was going to remake the pizza for me. I did suggest he needs to provide good customer service regardless of the situation, but he regarded me as a cheeky and sweared at me. Definitely will not be a place I will be going to after that experience.

Absolutely vile. I ordered a vegetarian pizza but had salami in it!!!! You could of killed someone that does not tolerate meat!! Will not order again

Don't even want to give a star don't deserve one the food was so bland no taste ordered and paid on just eat then to phone us saying they need another £5 on top off what we just paid for the delivery I would try and seak for another place to eat avoid!!!

Worst place I have ordered a chicken burger with salad and the lettuce was completely rotten totally brown I don’t understand how they have even put it in the burger in the first place like they don’t care I took a bite and couldn’t eat anything else for the rest of the day that bad and spoilt it was , worst people may you be feeded a spoilt food as well @ base express never gonna order from u , you can refuse the order if you don’t have but please don’t send rotten salad or food any others it’s a request .

Order was wrong forgot onion on the pizza tomato sauce was very sour tasting 🤢

Best donner pizza I've ever had! Open late, fast and friendly, these guys serve up great food. The pizza is hand-tossed in front of you while you wait and the quality is top notch! Thank you guys!

**AVOID AT ALL COSTS** Absolutely disgusting! Waited 2 hours for our food, after multiple calls and updates it never arrived and the reason given by a rude member of staff was 'we see your order we arw just busy' after speaking to the manager who could barley string a sentence together our order was canceled.

What can I say, I ordered 4 pizzas 2 burgers and a large wrap. The garlic pizza was dry and solid. Chips where soaking wet and soggy. The wrap was that soggy the paper had stuck to it and wasn't edible. The onion rings were also soggy and over cooked. I called up and the so called manager said what do you want me to do. Avoid this takeaway save yourself money.
