Boathouse Tea Rooms in Carlisle

Great service, lovely food, gorgeous coffee. Highly recommended. I didn't notice until after I'd ordered but they actually served me past their usual lunch hours and we're extremely gracious about it. The atmosphere and general decor is just lovely.

Very good and clean. Great friendly service. Toilet immaculate. Baby change facilities and high chair.Panninis, toasties, soup, jacket potatoes, sandwiches. Salad too.Great freshly made cakes. Even gluten free options.

This being my first visit to Anazao I came away being very impressed. I enjoyed coffee & a lovely home baked cheese scone.Young lady who served me was friendly & very professional at her job. When in town I most certainly will have a coffee there again.

What a lovely little tearoom. Katie and her staff go the extra mile to make sure your visit is perfect. Lunch today, curried sweet potato and carrot soup, and, sausage swirl, really tasty. The latte's are one of the best we've had. The cakes are so tempting, we just had to take some home with us, delicious. 😋 Well worth a visit.
