Brewed Awakenings in Carlisle

Light on selection choice for lunch menu, but delicious cakes though...

Gutted with latest visit...baguette so hard not edible and cheap frozen chips at £4.50. Have always enjoyed in the past but following yesterdays experience won't be back

Defo had a brewed awakening in here . Poor menu with only a choice of 4 sandwiches. Two sandwiches a bowl of chips to share two teas and not much change out of £30

Nice coffee and very nice cakes. Prompt service.

No menus on window. Got in and sat down, nearly fell off my seat at the prices. Couldn’t get back up and leave so went for a bowl of chips at nearly a fiver and a coffee worst lunch ever

The best mince pie and the best mulled wine I've had this year. Get the sloe gin mince pie.

Bacon roll £4.95, bowl of chips £3.95. The best bit is you don't know till they bring the bill cause they have no menu's.

Met my mates here. Didn't order anything. I might have done if a member of staff had come anywhere near. Wasn't that hungry, mind. My mates seemed happy with what they had.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Great service today. Food was a limited menu, but of excellent quality and very quick preparation and service.

Staff very help and friendly. Love café. I would definitely recommend. Love tea. I enjoy it.
