Caffe nero in Carlisle

Great coffee and pastries. Seating available but not in the nicest of areas as in amongst clothing and perfumes etc

Batista was totally disinterested in serving us, tables were dirty, coffee bitter and hot chocolate cold. Never again

Not bad as it has a decent range of coffee to chose from but they do vary from time to time. The snacks are okay and a decent selection so plenty of choice and prices are reasonable. The cafe is clean, well maintained and the staff are chatty and friendly.

Really good coffee and hot chocolates. Staff are pretty friendly but I find some of them a little bit cold when I only pop in for the O2 priority free drink...service seems better when you order more which can be a little annoying but all in all a really nice big place to chill with a coffee.

Consistently inconsistent in their ability to make coffee. I paid for a large cappuccino and in the end also had to pay for an espresso, which I was able to drink. Even though this is a premium product, "you get what you are given and should be thankful for it." I like Nero coffee, but this place needs new management.

It’s a Nero. In a shop - so it does what it says on the tin (so to speak!). You can sit outside if you wish / the weather is kind. As other reviewers have mentioned the toilets are upstairs so beware if mobility is an issue at all.
