Clean and tidy, table service, and a good choice of cakes and pastries along with a large selection of drinks. Well worth a visit.

A good place for a snack in the centre of Carlisle.Friendly service and home cooked style food and good coffee.

Came in here today for a coffee and was totally put off by the tall girl with a ponytail talking about her relationship with her husband/boyfriend. I came in for a relaxing coffee not to listen to such talk even ignoring customers as the were trying to pay!

Had lunch here today. Homemade ham turkey and leek pie with chips peas and gravy. Very nice.

Nice english breakfast, fresh and tasty. Enough to satisfy your hunger. 2 x bacon, 2 x cumberland sausage, egg, 2 x hash browns, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and beans with a pot of tea just over £8. Great price and the place is obviously popular as it gets very busy. Good service and attentive with a great variety of food to choose.

Been here many times and loved it but today I ended up having my usual of pulled pork nachos to find it far too vinegary and watery, turning the nachos soggy. Minging. Still was made to pay the full amount despite the waitress knowing my face and knowing I was a regular and it was a genuine complaint. Won’t be back now.
