Food never arrived after 2 hours, rang 3 times to be assured it was out for delivery, after the last call they changed the status on deliveroo to delivered rang to be told this is normal when a driver leaves 🤣 wasn't a massive order either to have to wait so long, never again will we order from here, wouldn't recommend anybody waste there money here either 👍 1 star was too good of a rating for this place! It needs shut down nothing but theives stealing people's money!

Ordered at 6pm. Estimated delivery was 7:05pm. I waited till 7:55pm and called multiple times, their number is either constantly engaged or disconnected. Couldn't get a hold of them. Had to contact deliveroo to complain and get a refund. Ordered from elsewhere, got my new order and ate it. At 9:20pm my Chinese comes. I told the driver that it is late and he just walked away without apologising. Terrible service. They never tried to contact me at all.

I have seen lots of bad reviews bit my food came in 20 mins all fresh cooked all hot and all very nice I would highly recommend this Chinese 👌

Absolutely disgusted with this take away turned up 2 hours late refused to speak to my partner I went to the shop and the serving staff was terrible she spoke to me like utter rubbish and the manager refused to speak to me then refuse to refund me I will never order from this shop again!!!!

‼️ Do not order from ‘China City’ ‼️ Ordered something from them under ‘lucky chinese’ on food hub, on thursday, 2hrs went by and heard nothing, tried to ring and it was engaged, 3hrs passed and they had disconnected there phone, no food arrived and they were ‘closed’ on foodhub, managed to get in touch tonight, convinently the women doesn’t understand english when it’s a complaint only when it’s an order!! They have now disconnected there phone again with no refund! Robbing off an 80 year old couple!! Vile do not order of them, ‼️SHARE‼️

Had a lot of problems with the service of the food. the driver gave the wrong food to us. and a few other problems, but i do want to apologise aswell for my parents for being so hostile on the phone. i’m sorry

This is the most shocking Chinese takeaway ever I didn't even try to eat it.I ordered Roast chicken Chinese style which usually is roast chicken bean sprouts and gravy. I recieved rubber chips, 2 small micro prawns, half a pigeon breast which was as hard as an old slipper and a tear drop of what was meant to be gravy. Strongly Avoid🤢🤮

Ordered food at 1940 waited the 45mins for my food nothing I jumped on chat to food hub they contacted them said food was on way .. skip to 2200 still waiting no food showed up I then rang up for the woman to say driver just left with food and won't be long. They closed at 10 still never received my food and they are closed on Tuesday. Still trying to get a refund for my no show food. NEVER ORDERING FROM THERE AGAIN !

Ordered whilst visiting my parents are their usual go to was closed. It was only after ordered I checked the reviews and panicked!However it was a great meal. Delivery in 30 minutes. Large portions and super tasty food.Glad we gave it a try, we will be back!

Absolutely awful. Food ordered online at 6.15pm at 7.45pm still no food. Tried Ringing the shop 48 times yes 48!! The phone was not picked up once. Ended up driving down to the shop, rang whilst in there and the phone didn't even ring inside the shop! It had been unplugged! I was told they had been really busy that's why the food was taking so long. When asked about not answering the phone I was told they were really busy again and the food was out for delivery. Came back home and waited even longer. Driver turned up and asked for payment, I explained it had already been paid for online but the driver wasn't told and was expecting to take payment!Food was cold and bland. Meat was tough and chewy. This take away deserves 0 stars.
