Not enough staff a constant que. Latte very watery, probably worst Costa I've ever been in

Lady with short brown hand in a blue sling made the nicest mint choc chip ive had.Wish i lived in Cumbria to have her make them more often.. Ill be telling some other costas to male sure they squirt the chocolate inside 🍫😋

As one that has worked in management as a freelance hospitality agent with over 15 years experience. I find this kind of service in this house terrible and slow even when there is no customers queuing. Need to be taught how to work more efficiently.

I am Coffee Addict person, naaah just kidding but love my coffee.I would really recommend Costa near train station, pretty big place to sit grab coffee and watch world by or kill time before catching train or after leaving train. Staff is supper friendly and helpfull. Also it is 2 mins walk from city centre.

My favourite place. I visit costas every mornings and always find the staff friendly and helpful ,they actually know my order which is great ,they never get stressed even. I can see at times the que getting bigger ,they remain very professionally and calm.

Worst Costa I’ve ever been in. Staff disinterested. Cool and 3/4 filled hot chocolate despite request for extra hot and Caramel Shortbread was well past its best and had clearly been stored with something else as had picked up some of flavour. Couldn’t get an internet connection either! Left £5 down and grumpy!!

Slow service when suitcase showed obviously going for train, had to ask again for cake already purchased. Usually use clocktower costa always fantastic friendly service!

One of my favourite Costas it's tucked away down by the station, great staff who are friendly and helpful. Often you can find a quiet time to really enjoy some time.

Ok so it's a Costa so you know for a start youre getting fleeced four quid for a coffee However this one is a law unto itself. Officially it's open till 6pm however for some reason it quite often just seems to shut when it feels like it. Getting served and or actually getting hold of your coffee takes an age that's ok as long as you're not actually trying to catch a train at the station next door. It's only other problem is the staff for some reason seem to have a huge attitude problem..do yourself a favour use the one in the lanes shopping centre or any one of the other Five branches of Costa in Carlisle or better still if you are catching a train use the excellent coffee guy on the station platform.

Coffee with a historic view. The staff was very friendly and welcoming on this rainy day, offering us a nice hot cup of coffee and tea to warm up and shelter from the rain! You can also grab a quick bite or nice cake alongside the hot beverage, recharge your phone in the dual usb/electric sockets and rest your feet at a nice clean table having plenty to choose from!
