Dunelm Carlisle in Carlisle

Great shop with some great prices. Only down side is there is no parent and child parking available. So you either have to park as far away as possible in hopes no one parks next to you or try and squeeze your child out and in without hitting the car next to you with your door.

Always great products and service. Maria helped us today with great customer service on curtains.

Nice little trip out to Carlisle. Dunelm, hidden away in the backstreets, came as a pleasant few hours shopping.Friendly, very helpful staff... onlybtoo eager to please. Vast range of goods, offering plenty of choice to the customer.Found the bread bin I'd been looking to match up with containers bought from Morrisons...All in all, time well spent... Toilets, spotless..always a good sign!Cafeteria on the 1st floor looked decent too, we arrived too late to sample its delights.Maybe next time....

Staff member dropped item of furniture off trolley outside store. When we got it home it was damaged. Also charged me £18 for an item with a £15 tag on.
