Quality of food just not there

The food is amazing I absolutely love the salt and pepper chips and chicken everything is spot

Singapore chow main and special Fried rice is brilliant absolute love this place

Really nice Chinese, tasted amazing! Really enjoyed it. It was Saturday night so food took longer than we expected and waited for almost an hour, but we feel the quality made up for it. A little pricey for what it was however, we enjoyed it very much.

asked for chips sausage mushroom and gravy got a omlette rubbish very salty and did not click the till i ques hmrc need a visit

Good food but I just ordered tonight at 7pm and food was ready just before 8.

Rang our order through (which we always do) at 6.45pm to collect at 7.45pm. Still waiting at 8.45pm - staff in a total muddle with orders - terrible. Food is always nice but may not use again because of the awful services and unacceptable waiting times.

Young rude staff.... ring in order get told time it will be ready and still have to wait 20 minutes after payment!!! Not 1st time either. Food ok but service disgusting

Really enjoyed our food from Hoi Sun this evening. First time we've eaten from here and I am really very pleased. Service was quick, we ordered about thirty quids worth of food over the counter and it was ready in less than twenty minutes. Prices are reasonable and the staff polite.The food itself was great, not over salty like a lot of Chinese food can be, no MSG overload. The portions were generous with plenty of the meat and vegetables in which is where the main flavour came from which I really liked. It is honest, solid food without too much strong flavour, filled a hungry hole perfectly.
