KFC in Carlisle

Back to back visits with 30+ min wait times. If you want chicken prepare to lose a significant portion of your evening stood around.

Definitely not recommended. I was waiting over 30 minutes for my order on-site, some food was warm, some cold and I didn't get everything I ordered. I'd like to add that there were nearly no drive trough customers and only 5 people inside at this time , so the organization of the work of the staff is terrible, 90% of them were standing and doing nothing. The chicken tasted not seasoned at all I thought that all seasonings are the same as in other KFC restaurants, well looks like it is not.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered through Deliveroo and it has so fair taken 2 hours and our delivery time has been pushed back more than 10x. Just pure disappointment.

Burger was Luke warm, chips were soggy and cold, order was missing chips and sauce. Didnt get any straws for our drinks. The only thing that was hot was the kids corn cobette. Felt like priority went to drive through and delivery orders rather than anyone eating in.

As fast food places go this is not so bad, usually a little slower compare to others but I find it's worth the wait as I like KFC more than others and the food comes out hot more times than not.

Ordered a KFC meal via the recommended delivery service that they endorse. Our meal was delivered to the wrong house on the other side of the city!!!!The driver then put through the order completed.KFC Carlisle was then contacted and basically said tough it wasn't the problem of the restaurant.Well no chicken. £30 down and no wish to order from here again.

I placed an order through JustEat App at around 8pm yesterday to have the food delivered at 9:30.i was following the updates and have been told that at 9:55 the driver is at the restaurant and is ready to pick it up!It was 11:10 and still nothing! I mention that the place closes at 10 pm! The customer service at Just Eat was helpful and let me know that the restaurant c cancelled my order but with no mention via App as it was confirmed 2 hours before, so I was waiting for something that they didn't even bother to send out! I am very disappointed and I would give them less stars if it was possible!

Best mini-fillet burger served by two of the friendliest team members on this planet. Thanks to Jane and John (Not real names). Just to mention the KFC app has given lunch many times within the last 3 years.

Not good, we had stopped coming here due to no hot drinks when covid lock down, still not serving hot drinks, my step-mum likes to come for the chicken and corn on the cob, they had sold out of sweetcorn, we normally would drive through, this time went in, busy with delivery guys, customers, we ordered food and wish we had not, food was slow to come out but still only warm, got the order wrong, tables, chairs and floor were not clean, not somewhere you want to sit and eat. Just bad experience from the start to end, so guess who is on the blacklist again for us 👍.

Really disappointing again. Need to remember to check orders in future although prob won’t be rushing back. Ordered a 6 piece family feast with 2 sides. Got 5 pieces, one side and stone cold fries. Chicken was mangled, looked like it had been over handled. Staff seem to have no care and no pride in their work.
