We have dinner here sometimes, the kids love the play area and enjoy running around and making new friends while waiting for their dinner. The kids have never complained about the play area, the staff have always been friendly, food is pretty good for all with a good selection for the kids.

·

Food was lovely, staff were friendly and also the kids area was ideal for my 2 year old. Will advise you will need to book a table before going as it does get busy but overall great experience

·

The food was great. It arrived quickly and was cooked exactly as we wanted it. Some of the decor was a little bit tattered and maybe needed an update but that doesn't matter too much.

·

Spent 3 weeks here (for business) the food was very good when they had it.Unfortunately most of the time a large portion of the menu was unavailable. One signiture dish was unavailable for the whole 3 weeks I was there.Howeverthe staff were very helpful and friendly.

Quite a poor experience, the staff were pleasant but the food service and quality was poor. Everyone not only my group received the incorrect meals. We waited for over an hour and thirty minutes till our food came. The kids at this point were shattered and then soft play which is £3.50 per child closed so we had upset children as we told them they could go after their food but did not think it would take so long.. better planning needed from the chef and co..the food wasn't great either cold or overcooked.

A great place to take little ones. The play area price is reasonable with 3 levels of play equipment to explore, its good value. The cafe and associated tables are well placed so that the playing children are within view at all times.

·

Staff are always friendly and really helpful. Nice food and reasonably priced. Great offers if you sign up for their loyalty card.

·

Great breakfast & santa visit for the kids. The two staff working in the soft play were amazing, round of applause for both of them for doing so well with all the children & extra bits they had to take care of! And Santa was great too, he gave attention and had a chat with each child which was lovely!

·

Not bad food, but crazy while the kids play area open but once closed for more adult friendly
