McDonald's in Carlisle

Didn’t let us inside just because we are teenagers all we want was some food and it is a joke.

Service was slow. Restaurant was a tip, rubbish everywhere with overflowing bins. Only a couple tables available. Wouldn’t return to this McDonalds!

Placed an order for £21.76 large fries 6x dips milkshake and tremble cheese burger missing when ringing customer service for help or refund we literally got pat to 4 different people to basically be told not there problem and get on with it absolutely shocking customer service

I've been there to pick up orders as a delivery driver.There is no parking space.The staff is not so kind.The other Mc Donald's on the London road was better.

Don't ever go here after 5pm unless you want to be intimidated by large groups of chavs being verbally abusive and throwing food everywhere... Not a nice environment to eat in at all!

Took my son for a treat today as clothes shopping, what was meant to be a treat turned into a nightmare. I ordered my son's big Mac with no pickle or big Mac sauce but when we sat down there it was everything I didn't ask for 🙄. So on my way down the stairs I went straight to the front and said the order wasn't right, there reply was ooohh I was looking for you but couldn't find you here's your order, I went back upstairs and sat down to check my son's order to find when I lifted the lid on the bun to find someone had taken a bite out of the burger on top, once again I headed down the stairs to have to shout to get there attention. They apologized and said they would replace it which they did but by that time my meal was cold. I wouldn't set foot in that place again staff diabolical so slow plus well I won't go there.

Arrived at store with plenty of time to be served before catching a train. Placed my order via their self service machine. Charged my card. Didn't give me a number. Didn't give a receipt. Others who came in after me got served before me. In the end I had to leave the store in haste to avoid missing my train. Without my paid for breakfast.

Even for McDonald's this was a bad experience.My son only got 5 nuggets instead of 6, no milkshakes or McFlurrys available. Flat coke and Sprite. Cold burger and soggy chips which have made my partner unwell, veggie wrap that was half empty, dirty table and floors.The whole thing was grim and the food was dreadful. Staff were miserable, unhelpful or AWOL.

Absolutely dreadful. To start with the self serve order points are squashed together at the entrance, they should be turned by 90 degrees to allow far easier access, especially in these times of covid. Meal was junk, six nugget meal came as five, drinks were flat, chips soggy and undercooked and burger was overcooked, chewy and cold!! Bad stomach pains and nausea followed... Cheers McDonald's. Surprisingly, won't be back.

Place is very approachable and nice location but I dont know why it is so untidy. System was really effocient and ordering was smooth via digi tellers, waiting time was like nothing but I have issues with general serving size of mcdonald's is squeezing day by day. Place was a little over crowded and there was mess.
