Service was good but after getting our cakes and coffees we had to carry it all out side and back into the next building to sit down and enjoy our brunch music was on alexa and a bit to load

I now often meet friends for coffee and cake or a scone here. I've made full use of my loyalty card app and very much enjoyed the complimentary birthday muffin 😍It's reasonably priced and you are never hurried to leave. Friendly and helpful staff who are patient when placing your order.I'm a new customer here and so far have only experienced the takeaway offer. I have to say that the cheese scones and fudge brownies are amazing and dangerously moreish. The staff are wonderful, polite and helpful. I look forward to sitting-in in future.

Expensive and very slow service also a filthy floor and the table looked like it had been half wiped. The drink was warm but not hot and the muffin was dry don't think I would bother retuning.

This is a busy café in the centre of Carlisle. Staff are welcoming and quickly take orders. Ours were a cherry scone and a muffin with coffees. Coffees were fine, muffin was stacked full of fruit and the scones were soft and spongy, although glacé cherries were only to be found on the outside of mine

How lucky did we get. Needing a coffee and a break we stumbled into here. Fabulous...very, very popular with locals and rightly so. Exceptional coffee and an amazing range of patisserie.

Really nice food. Good selection of cakes. The only downside is it can be quite pricey. The Salted caramel and gingerbread Lattes do taste far better than Costa's. Toasted Tikka Panini is definitely worth a try. Staff were nice and attentive.

Love this little cafe, its perfect for a coffee and quick bite with delicious cakes on offer. They also support breast feeding mums there which is great, not to mention there's a wee play area for toddlers to run about just outside. The staff are also friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend. The only little, minor drawback is you'd struggle to get in with a double pram should you want to sit inside.Forgot to mention there's also toilets too. :)

It was my birthday, and as part of the journey to my final destination of Edinburgh, the coached stopped at the lovely city of Carlisle. After walking around for an hour I decided I needed to find somewhere to have a slice of cake, and having passed Muffin Break a few times on my walk, more specifically the mouthwatering pictures of milkshakes displayed outside, I decided to see what else was on offer. After a few minutes deciding between all the freshly made goods, from sandwiches, wraps, cakes and muffins, I decided on a banana milkshake with whipped cream and a toffee nut muffin. It was delicious and worth the calories. Thanks for helping me enjoy my day out on my birthday.

Stopped off for an afternoon drink! There was an outside seating area which was well spaced out! The staff at the store were friendly and helpful!!
