Nando's in Carlisle

Food was decent, just took a bit longer than expected being half full but i guess it's due deliveries. One thing they need to work on is properly cleaning cutlery and glasses

Great takeway but dont recommend bread or rice as you will get cold and dry. Chicken was superb 😋

Arrived at 225. Closed doors. No staff to explain why closes. Rang before leaving home and on their website says open and telephone line says open. I wasted 40m journey back and forth just to eat as missed the food.

Found the restaurant because of the reviews suggesting this branch was Halal, but staff member at reception said it is not. Very misleading…

Ordered via Deliveroo app, food was terrible tonight, over cooked/burnt chicken, the mash had hard lumps in & chips weren’t even the best! Partner usually uses Nando’s often and never has a complaint, but very poor this evening!

Food was ok. But having to order everything via app. Was a bit poor. Plenty of staff but just a lazy way of serving customers. If they think this is ok. will not be back.

One of the best Nandos restaurants that I have ever been. I love Nandos in general but in this restaurant the food was even better. Lovely food and the stuff was really nice and helpful

Service was absolutely amazing, after walking 22 miles of Hadrian’s Wall right before arriving I had low battery on my phone, so the staff lent me their charger for the duration of my stay!Food was perfect with good size portions, and waitresses were always there when I needed them, only thing I’m really gutted about is the fact that google doesn’t let me give the place 10 stars instead!!!

Never had a single complaint about this place in years, even with COVID restrictions going is absolutely worth it. Staff are amazing and incredibly attentive.
