Papa John's Pizza in Carlisle

Eventually arrived after over an hour but was stone cold. Tried the Philly cheesesteak which is my all time favourite, but was greasy and disgusting. I will never order from papa johns again. Domino’s from now on.

First visit, dominoes won't accept cash, well, their loss in more ways than one.Got a better deal here and a much better pizza too

Cold pizza and dis interest in retaining my custom. Really unimpressed by the product and experience--before-during and after. I was a new customer to here and ordered a pizza on Sat 05th Dec at 7.20pm. Funnily although their funky online system told me it had already been delivered for me to enjoy, I actually received the pizza and 2 sides at 8.43pm. Guess what it was cold. I had 1 slice and binned it..I had been starving however wish I had went to a competitor instead. 1 Hour 20 mins for delivery --really not impressed!! I was then sent a feedback survey within which I promptly placed my 1st and what will be only experience of this place. I would have expected both an apology and also a refund or voucher to reflect the waste of my money and the 3rd rate experience but zero--i do get emails telling me all about fantastic fundraising but clearly they are fine with shocking service. On that basis It will be the first and last time I use Papa Johns Carlisle

Consistently good pizzas. Bit of a pain that there's nowhere to park when collecting, but for the most part we get it delivered anyway.

Better than Domino's in my opinion, the deals are better too. 2 large pizzas with sides for £24.And PJs offer buffalo sauce which is the nicest sauce on the planet.

Excellent. Everything about this place is so far above Domino's it is amazing. The pizza had toppings (anchovies, red chillies, spicy beef) that I could taste, for a start. The base was spot on and the sauce...Amarillo chilli...was fantastic. Now then, Cauliflower Wings. Probably the best things I've ever had from a pizza place. Then there's the Special Garlic Sauce. Blimey! I could have it on anything...chips, toast, sarnies, trifle, Smarties...and I'd order it in pint-form in a boozer.Excellent, including the delivery girl who was brilliant and helpful.

Ordered a Hawaiian and Cheese and Bacon tater tots and both were lovely! Everything arrived hot and quick, staff are great and excellent service! Pay the little extra and get the stuffed crust, it's lush :)
