Pizza Hut in Carlisle

Food was hot but ordered pepperoni feast. The name says what it should be; however, there was only 1 or 2 pieces of pepperoni on each slice. Hardly a feast. Meat feast was not so much a feast either. Service was ok but a few staff standing about when food was waiting to go out (not ours btw). So could have been better. Manager stated that the pepper must have slipped..... to where though !!!!!

Went for a buffet lunch. Great range of Fresh, hot pizzas, lovely friendly staff. Salad bar was a bit unclean though.

Pizza came and it was cold so we called to complain to be told there's nothing they can do as it must be the delivery drivers fault! Absolutely appalling attitude as the delivery was extremely quick, more likely the pizza sat out before delivery. Only gave two stars as after heating it in the microwave it was actually quite nice. If you can't get the food out hot after charging £20 then maybe don't offer the option 🤷

I little disappointed with my last visit, no hot drinks, self service drinks machine not available so it meant attracting staffs attention to get drinks, no breadsticks with the salad, some other foods not available from menu. It's not usually this bad.

Family meal out, would have said cheap and cheerful but it ain't cheap. Low average quality, good service team however.

Food was ok but service wasn't the best. Granted it was quiet so a lot of the staff were standing around not doing much but they should have atleast looked busy.They should also know what food isn't available, wanted garlic bread but didn't find out there was none left until 10mins into waiting. Also said there was no fruit shoots despite there being fridge full.Kids pizza was awful, overloaded with cheese to the point where there was barely anything else😕

As always pizza hut does exactly what it's great at. Super lunch buffet for the family . Great staff, very clean premises and covid precautions. Thanks for a great visit.

Very bad customer service, went on an occasion when it was very quiet, however the staff were inattentive and were too busy chatting amongst themselves. We had to wait a while to be served and only when we called them did they take our order and even then they messed up our order and gave us an item which we specifically said we did not want.The pizza was okay. Will definitely not be returning here. Avoid if you can.I have never had a Pizza Hut experience like this. The management need to do something about their staff.
