Sage cafe carlisle in Carlisle

This adorable house turned cafe has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The Cafe consists of small eating areas on two different floors. Order at the counter and the food is delivered promptly to your chosen table. You may enjoy street view or a cozy table right in front of the fireplace. The salad I ordered was crunchy and fresh...and the added shrimp was tasty. I love the cozy feel of this new favorite Cafe of mine :)

We were at 2022 Carlisle ice festival and had eaten at most restaurants there when in town last several years. Always looking for some new experience we stumbled on this restaurant. This year I am in a power chair due to knee replacements and it is one of few restaurants have handicapped access. Their outside menu board sounded awesome so we went in. The restaurant is a new remodel of an old house. Interior looks like most homes and had a cozy feel to it, including the fireplace. Their menu appeals to everyone. We decided on a bowl of their chicken corn chowder and it was the best we ever had! My girlfriend had a jalapeno shrimp sub sandwich and I had Turkey club wrap. Both were very delicious. The service was fast,polite and very good. I had a hot chocolate and it was like drinking liquid Godiva chocolate. Prices were reasonable and the food was worth the price. We will be back to enjoy more of their menu. We give it a 5 star rating because they are worth it.

Wonderful place! The staff are very attentive. The food was delicious. The menu was varied, had choices for everyone! You won't be disappointed.

This was my first time visiting sage cafe. I had my husband and 1 1/2 year old daughter with me for breakfast. The interior is so clean and makes you feel at home. My favorite piece is the succulents all over the place! Everyone there was an absolute delight and checked in frequently and answered any questions. Even one of the chefs was talking and waving to my daughter as she was peeking to see what was happening back there! Let me tell you that the food was exquisite and the French toast was so good you can eat it with nothing on it and the taste was divine. My favorite restaurant to date. You have to try it or you're missing out.

This is a brand new restaurant in Carlisle. You have to check it out!!! It is a beautifully designed space and everything we ordered was delicious. Can't wait to explore the rest of the menu, which is very unique relative to other local places. I will definitely be back soon.

I love this place! It’s a good place to have brunch! I’m vegan so I get the Guacamole Toast with homefries. My friends love the quiche. The bread pudding was good.

Staff was pleasant and attentive despite being quite busy. The Reuben sandwich was good but not great (could have used a bit more kraut for my taste). The lemon and sage cheesecake was a wonderful way to finish lunch, highly recommend.

Second visit to Sage Cafe today. A great experience again! Service is very knowledgeable about the food choices and we love Ashley.The appetizers are amazing, make sure you order the mac n cheese and the bruschetta meatball. My guest really enjoyed the tuna sandwich and the creme brulee and brownie sun dae were sooo good. Definitely the place to go in Carlisle.

We had a party upstairs yesterday and the food and service was so good. We also got 4 meals to go! We will definitely be back! Everything was amazing! Glad you guys opened….we needed something different in this area!

Yummy food and amazing coffee!I have been eagerly awaiting for Sage to open and it did not disappoint. I ordered the Waygu burger and the California Mac and cheese. The burger was cooked perfectly and the everything mayo was delicious. The Mac and cheese was creamy and wonderful - it’s topped with their own guacamole which was bangin’!I also had their coffee - peppermint mocha and it was so good. So much better than any chain coffee.You could tell they put care and attention in every dish. It’s going to be my new lunch spot!The place is very clean and well-done inside. Perfect for getting a bite on your own or enjoying a meal with some friends.
