Not very clean when you look around (ceiling has mould stains, under tables filthy). Went to use the breastfeeding room except there is no chair to breastfeed -only a toilet with no lid so I guess you're supposed to breastfeed sitting on the bog? All around a bit grotty.

Great pit stop on way to Scotland, especially as we have dogs, and there are some green spaces for relief. Unfortunately some previous dog owning clowns like to show us exactly where they've been😕We also know our holiday has started when we blow half our budget in Greggs on a pasty and half a coffee.

Pleasantly surprised after reading some reviews on here. A small but very clean and friendly service area. A Costa employee cleaned tables after each customer and everyone was wearing a mask. The Costa area had been divided up into small cubicles, seating 4, with screens between. Costa serviice was very efficient and quick. The disabled toilet was very clean and fresh. On site there is an M&S outlet, Burger King, Greggs, and West Cornwall Food Co.Not sure about the 'Gaming Lounge' though.I will use this services again rather than the overcrowded large Tebay services when travelling North.

As is a common theme with Moto service stations, the male toilets are way too small for the amount of travellers passing through, with further issues caused by half of the cubicles being out of order on both sides of the motorway. The last thing you want to do after getting off the motorway is queue outside a cubicle for a few minutes. On a more positive note, the burger king provided swift service and my food was warm and good.

This is the last proper service station on the M6 before You have to pay Nicola Sturgeons sugar tax, the staff in the M&S are very helpful, I would avoid the Gregg's pastry shop everything is normally cold, there's a very nice Cornish pastie shop in the main building, but it keeps very irregular opening hours. Plenty of parking. If you have an EV you sometimes have to wait for the charge points, they could do with a few more.

Gru enjoyed it, not us just a typical fuel dump

Great place for a quick stop you can stop 2 hours for free. There's a burger King. Costa. Greggs. WHSmiths and M&S food court. There are also toilets and when we visited it was very clean.

What a terrible place. After 15h shift they told me to wait 48 minutes to pay for the parking because some princess was on the phone smoking cigarette outside. This is outrageous. No wonder there is like 9 trucks and 100 free spaces

This place is a disgrace. I'm embarrassed to think that people visit our country and see this. Nothing wrong with the service or the choice which is why I've reluctantly given two stars, but the outside is filthy, rat infested and clearly hasn't been properly cleaned for weeks. Moto should be ashamed to have their name against this.

Good parking and plenty of options for eating /drinking. Like the picnic tables allowing you to sit outside if the weather is fine.Yes it is more expensive than the high street, but is is the convenience you're paying for. Toilets are as clean as I have seen in a service station and considering the footfall it must be a thankless task to keep on top of them.Particularly like BK, well managed on an extremely busy day.
