Subway in Carlisle

I would not recommend using this Subway. Not really sure why they are even still here to be honest as they are never open and if by chance they do open the doors to you without laughing at you through the closed door they do not have any ingredients (even for a salad) or even anything to drink. When questioning why and what I can actually eat you get a smug smirk from a man that barely knows how to string a sentence together.How this shop is profitable I do not know...

Went here as I haven't had a subway for ages and just really fancied one. It was the middle of lunch and the door was locked. I found myself very confused as there was a member of staff behind the counter, and upon knocking he looked at me and laughed. DO NOT USE THIS SUBWAY! Oh wait you can't anyway... he's not open.

Tried to order lunch 3 times in the last month. The first time he told me with a smug look on his facethat he had no ingredients... at lunchtime!!! The next two times the door has been locked at midday and the same guy just stands there and laughs. What's the point???

Good place for lunch when in a hurry, very modern, clean Subway outlet. Excellent service, recommended.

My go to Subway when in Carlisle. Excellent customer service, bright modern and always very clean compared to other Subways. Digital menu screens should be in all Subways.

Customer service seriously lacking, hygiene is a joke I think 1 pair of gloves lasts all day, handling cash then making sandwiches... I saw this and left... There are other subways close... Don't make the mistake of going into this one.

I rushed out on my ten minute lunch break today at 13:30 and the place was shut even though it said on here it’s open till the evening. Thanks so much! Waste of time left empty handed back to work with an empty stomach.

Incredibly rude assistant; I took time to write a careful report to Subway Head Office - who couldn't be bothered to acknowledge or respond! Dense, and witless from the bottom to the top!
