Absolutely rank. I had the urge to stand outside and stop people from entering to save them from this nightmare. Over friendly staff, that were unable to take the correct order multiple times and poorly microwaved, overpriced food. Place was dirty.

Really nice and their lunch menu is a bargain at 2 courses for £8.95. I had flatbread and 4oz rump steak sandwich, my mum had flatbread and open grilled chicken sandwich. Although the flatbread was small it was delicious and to be honest enough for lunch. Soft drinks at bottomless at £2.99. A pot of tea was ample for 2 large cups. It’s accessible, it has a separate disabled toilet, which is quite small hence losing a star. Other toilets were pleasant and clean. All in all a lovely lunch for two for £30. Would definitely come again.

We've been once before and the experience was exactly the same as last time, if not better. The service was excellent; the food, brilliant value and my little boy was treated fantastically. I would highly recommend if you are considering a family meal with children. Thank you, we'll be back soon.

Christmas Day lunch!! Aunt bessy at its finest!!Food was way below average cold and tasteless,For the money at ÂŁ50 a head it was way overpriced. No area for drinks after our or before food as the bar area was utilised for tables for dinnerpushed out 15 minutes after desert,so 2 hours in out here is your hat very very unprofessionalIm sure it is fine most off the year but it was apparent that the profits outweigh the customer service and satisfaction

While the food was what you would expect from a Beefeater; Emma our waitress was exceptional. She didn't stop moving and was so positive and upbeat throughout that she made our eating experience a fantastic one. She is a star!

Friendly staff, good choice on the menu, and superb coffee. Food was fresh, hot, and properly cooked. Booking recommended to avoid disappointment or "come back in an hour."The place has changed a lot since it was a Brewers Fayre. The atmosphere is a lot quieter, more refined, more like a restaurant than a pub. The price has gone up but is reflected in the quality and the service.

Arrived at 7.30pm lots of tables empty. Service is so slow 1hr 40 mins later just finished main meal. Chicken was so overdone ribs were ok !. Nobody around to complain to. Hope breakfast isn't the same as itll be another review. We will definitely NOT be coming here again. Terrible

Nice enough pub, we had an evening meal quite late on and were pleased they were still serving food (around 9pm). We had breakfast the next day which was really tasty. Only downside was that we felt during both meals that the staff were run off their feet and this led to very slow service even though it wasn't that busy. Staff were polite and helpful though, just clearly very busy.

Had a really nice evening meal here followed by an equally delicious breakfast! The staff were following all guidelines and were polite, helpful and cheerful. If you’re up this was, it’s worth a visit, especially as the Premier Inn is a stone throw away. 5 stars!
