Forgot my chilli sauce AGAIN!!!! And 30 mins late, had to warm up in microwave. Not great

Been ordering from top stop for a few week now,was just going to let it pass but it's just not acceptable 3 Fridays in a row food has been late,items missing and cold. My partner told me to overlook it as it was a busy Friday but it doesn't matter how busy you are the service should always be the same that is why I won't give a star, I had to put one as it wouldn't let me post otherwise. Please people another one to avoid.

I ordered food and they missed something out I did ring up and the man on the phone was very apologetic about it but not the point, I also left a note on the delivery thing not to knock on the doors and they knocked and woke up the family The pizza was very greasy the only it’s getting one star is because the man on the phone was nice

Missing an item rang them to find out what happened, promised the item would be sent out. An hour later rang again to be told that the item had been delivered even though it hadn't. Boss told me that because 2 members of staff had said the item went out, he would do nothing. No refund, no item.

Absolutely shockingly bad food. Ordered a kebab and had 1 bit and threw it away. The place should be shut down!! Very annoyed.

Ordered chicken wrap meals and chicken kebab...chips cold...hardly any chicken in wraps and 4 chunks chicken in kebab..it was absolutely disgusting and cost £19.50.....posted pic on their website and private messaged them fb no reply..won't be ordering again.

Ordered a mega burger meal. The burger didnt have garlic sauce, mushrooms or cheese. Just the burger with a bit of lettuce. Been ordering from Top Stop for years, usually spot on but this time severely lacking.

My third time ordering from Top Stop. I have avoided leaving a review until now because everyone is capable of having a a bad day, but this is just poor quality all round. Late delivery, missing items and rude staff on every occasion. Never again.
