I like this place. Its not the cheapest garden centre you will ever visit but its very well stocked with quality products and well staffed. Very good cafe as well. Highlight though us the excellent Jules Veg, located at the entrance.

Houghton Hall has a lovely big cafe with all sorts of smaller departments around, it has crafts pets, clothing and a variety of gifts and cards for all occasions. It also has a vegetable stall outside by the entrance. Lovely place to go in your spare time.

This place seemed like an overpriced gift shop that also happened to sell plants. The cafe lacked atmosphere serving expensive mediocre food.

The shop has a lot of choice of high quality products. If you do visit make sure you pay the restaurant a visit, food is great and definitely try a cake!Staff are fantastic and knowledgeable.

This is a great garden centre with an interesting variety of other departments to investigate including a pet shop and tropical fish area, clothing and food stores. It has both a smaller cafe for a quick coffee and a larger restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating for good weather days. The restaurant is a little on the expensive side and not to my taste but that could be personal preference. My large coffee was pretty small really and mothers tea not so hot. I had a cheese scone which was far too big for one portion. Everything seems off balance in terms of quantity and more substantial meals are rather too elaborate making it difficult to find a lunchtime snack. Good cakes.

Beautiful garden centre, with a good selection of plants, clothes and ornaments. Unable to take our dog into the restaurant but could sit outside under cover. Great fruit and veg shop outside.

·

Nice garden centre which , while it had a lot of the usual stuff, had plants etc that were well cared for. Miniature museum is worth a visit. Big aquarium shop. Great cafe … ridiculously large scone!

·

Brilliant garden centre / restaurant / food hall / gift shop. The miniature museum leaves a lot to be desired with the most recent addition a 'Millennium House' so would give that a miss but every else brilliant. The Christmas display is worth a trip alone!

We stopped here during a long journey hoping to use the facilities. Ended up browsing the shop and buying coffee. Brilliant place to visit (I wish we’d had longer). The facilities were very clean, the shop was full of plants and gifts, the coffee shops were clean and efficient and the coffee was great. So much nicer than a service station!

Very nice selection of plants of excellent quality. I bought several lavender types and they are all doing really well planted out as part a garden renovation. I'm happy that they were good value.Lots of other things to see and do additionally. Cafe, garden furniture, clothing and tools in the shop, modelling and crafts downstairs and fresh fruit and veg shop outside. Didn't go in the miniatures museum due to time but it looked very interesting. Car park is big and very organised.
