I just spent over £20 my food was disgusting and ineadable when I called to complain the managers attitude was just as bad I'm not happy and will not order from there again my advice to anyone would be not to get your food from there! 🤢

Took 2 hours for my order to arrive. Food was cold and items were missing which has happened a couple of times now really really disappointing as this used to be a good takeaway 😕

30 minutes late for delivery and counting. Rang 8 times before the phone was answered. Food is sat waiting but they have no drivers, how long has it sat before I am going to receive it!!!!!. Asked for it to be cancelled and they don’t get how I have ordered when I say I have ordered via their website. If I want a refund I have to go via food hub or another agency to get it they can’t do anything about it. Blame short staff for the issue. I get the current situation but why offer a service that can’t be kept!!!! Last time using the Warwick as the service is so poor

Best takeaway in CarlisleEdit. This takeaway has gone downhill. While the food is still lovely the last four times we have ordered there has been items missing off the order. Yes it's always rectified but it means people are waiting for their food so not eating with the rest. It's such a shame as it's getting to the point where I will be finding another takeaway to use.

Worst fish and chips I’ve ever had. Waited 10 mins as said fish cooked fresh which was fine so we returned in 10 mins to collect. The whole lot fish and chips had no taste I suspect had been frozen or recooked. Do not be be tempted you will be very disappointed

we use this shop all the time for different food. ordered large haddock fish last night £5.50 for just the fish and when it came was over cooked, burnt batter and fish gad shrivelled up like leather inside. so disappointed for the price.

Used to love this place always delivered hot, fresh and tasty. But something has changed. There is ALWAYS multiple items missing from my order and I have to call up to get it redelivered. Please hire someone who can read.
