Been going here for years, and it's just changed hands after many years. They immediately start adding a 10% SERVICE CHARGE to the bill !!! That's 'progress' for you. This is not a hotel, it's a CAFE !! Will be finding somewhere else for breakfast from now on. The English way is to tip if you feel you want to not be Forced to !!

What a fabulous location , we sat in the sunshine and drank iced latte. Coming back for lunch soon. Lovely waitress too.

We love it here. Such a nice place. The menu is great, nice food and nice service. Sometimes it’s abit slow but that’s what you get from a small business with freshly made food.

Cafe looked great but that was good as it got. As we waited for 30 mins and hadn't even got served and then got questioned as to whether we have paid the bill. We were here to celebrate my birthday so I wouldnt recommend anyone to come to this venue at its busiest times. There was a total disregard to our presence and it was like we weren't even there. So overall not a great experience, especially for my husband who hasn't been here before.It's a shame as my previous experience of this cafe was good but for some reason today it really wasn't.

We ordered a take away breakfast naps option for a wedding at Owen house. We were told they would be separated into bride and groom boxes. Sadly they weren’t and it took us ages to figure them out and this led to my wedding party being late getting ready.The breakfast baps had weird codes written on the outside (e.g b + s + k would mean bacon sausage ketchup). Once we worked out the code we then realised some of them were written wrong and what was inside was not the code. Also some of the orders were wrong.For the price we paid I wouldn’t recommend ordering a large breakfast take out order. It made my morning stressful.

What a marvellous little cafe. Beautifully located between Ashley and Mobberley and ideal for passing traffic, walkers and cyclists. The food was truly delicious and we sat upstairs in a stunning converted attic style seating area. The one drawback? It was quite pricey, however you get what you pay for and this place is somewhere to which I'd love to return.

I can't believe that we found this beautiful place less than 30 minutes from Manchester city centre.Nice atmosphere, excellent and great menu. Everything tastes great. Continuously at least one parking space.All we wanted was to spend more time at garden. ⭐️

My wife and I visited for the first but definitely not the last time 26-3-22.The location was beautiful and the food was gorgeous. My wife had the pancakes with yogurt and blackberries and I had the traditional breakfast. Tom Julie.

Went for a very late breakfast last weekend. Had the best avocado toast ever! I never take photos of food but had to this time! He enjoyed his burger very much too...!! Staff friendly. Nice outside space. Internally very spacious & airy. Neighbourly parking on road but there is a small car park. Well worth a visit.

Charming and quirky space, engaging and efficient service, fantastic produce cooked well. Left breakfast today feeling totally chilled and satisfied. Really did create the perfect setting for some quality time together 👏🏼👏🏼❤️
