I will never order from hear again the kebabs were disgusting, we had to try to eat it with a fork and we chucked it away. Wast of money

Order a £6.70 lamb kebab wrap and this is what I got! It was cold and the meat was like chewing an old boot! Would not recommend! VILE 🤢🤢

Absolutely tiny chicken kebab if it was my shop I'd be embarrassed to send out what they did made me wonder how small a small kebab would be because I ordered large and it wouldn't fill a 5 year old. Very disappointed

**Warning do not order!!!POOR Customer service when order was delivered wrong**Order delivered incorrectly. Called to explain what was wrong and manager argued we had not ordered right and it was us and not them. Had lots of kebabs for the last 2 years from them. WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN AFTER BEING SPOKEN TO IN THAT TONE WITH EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY ANNOYED THAT THEY WOULD NOT LISTEN OR LET ME SPEAK OR FINISH MY SENTENCES WITHOUT TELLING ME I WAS WRONG. AND THEY PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME WITHOUT WANTING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. I KNOW HOW TO USE A COMPUTER AND HOW TO ORDER, SO DON'T BE PATRONISING.

I ordered 2 large kebabs and i get smaller kebabs than wrap from mcdonald for less than half price. Waste of money. Very dissapointed.,

I used to order here regularly for 10 years +, I had a few wrong orders and poor food so I complained and got spoken to like an idiot so no longer use them. Now tonight I’ve been woken up by a delivery driver constantly ringing the door bell at midnight when everyone’s asleep because he’s delivering to the wrong house!!! What a joke!

Just had a chicken kebab from here best one ive had for years nice chunky peppers with it and great flavours and lovely garlic mayo too

Gross food never order from them again. First order came with onions and peppers which I hate and I had ordered no salad! It was mixed in with the weird tasting tikka meat I didn't order, and stone cold plus naan and chappatti soggy as hell. Rang up very polite and apologetic offered to refund or make another. Settled for the latter thinking surly they can't make same mistake again and they almost didn't! Second lot arrived asap "well done for swiftness" but sadly naan still soggy but on the inside this time. Chapatti like cardboard and fell apart into big crumbly mess, chicken tasted ever so slightly better. Are a few pieces but so gross all thrown back in bags and binned! Completely waste of £10.60 and I'm still very very hungry! Bibby's most definitely crossed off my list forever!!!! Chewy not quite right tasting chicken and soggy naans 🤢I can do without wasting my money on. Steer clear of this takeaway for delivery out! 😠😤🤢
