Burger King in Cheshire East

The whole place needs updating, empty planters outside falling apart, door handles hanging off, untidy gardening, can see why it's quiet, food was not very warm.

Seriously understaffed, and the staff who are there tend not to care. After watching 2-3 customers have to change their order because the resturant didn't have the items (no apology) I then went through my entire order, pulled my card out to pay, only to be told at the very end "cash only". No prior warning, (a sign on the door would be helpful?????) and again, no apology. There's a McDonald's 10.min down the road. I'll take my business there in future and save myself time and money.

Unfortunately I can't give half or no stars.Ordered 4 times from here, once the order was right, was freezing when I got here from a store 0.3 miles away from me. Ex KFC worker so if the order is delivered wrong, its the stores fault not Just Eat, the Manager on shift 'Damien' was utterly clueless on the phone, almost didn't know his role when told its The stores responsibility to give the right orders to the drivers decided to take my number to sort a redelivery of the order and never contacted back to me, was stumbling and mumbling like a headless cow, as when they arrived they are only carrying single orderor double order sized bags, so the staff seem incompetent at this side also. Vey sloooooow, service 35mins11.50am, all staff clueless as to who was doing what, and what people had ordered.When ordered was done it was not even hot. Normally would have sent back, but as they could not cope with 10 people in the store when we arrived, by this time they were queuing A at the door B, drive through, C deliveroo driver's.So could only choke the slightly warm meal down, very upset family.Also whole place dirty, no table clearing and cleaning,Avoid, got to Mac land.

Very rude staff especially the drive-thru assistant (girl with piercing). 1 star still a generous rating

Firstly, I'm going to say the food wasn't bad. However, it was a Sunday lunchtime and there were only three employees who looked stressed. People were turning up waiting ten minutes without even getting to the till and then leaving. Our bag had neither ketchup or napkins in it. The place was desperately under staffed. The only reason I won't eat there again is to not subject the employees with more misery.

Put it this way, the poor reviews are overly generous. The restaurants are cold (literally) and the food is massively overpriced and feeble. I couldn't get a coffee, no hot drinks available and luke warm food.I will not be eating in Burger King again. I wonder if the owners of Burger King ever read these reviews?I should have realised my mistake, before entering I passed an employee outside talking on the phone moaning about the other staff in the restaurant being useless.

Did not have any hot drinks available (no explanation why) and incorrect order delivered (corrected when this was pointed out). The place was also a bit on the cold side, so not really a comfortable experience. Not their finest hour, hence the two stars.

The service here is incredibly slow and the branch is really dirty. A saw a couple who waited for over 5 minutes to be served when there was no one in front of them. They eventually left as no one came to the tills. I waited 30 minutes for one chicken royale sandwich.

Worst experience ive ever had at a fast food place.There were 3 very stressed out staff working to serve a drive thru, a walk in eatery and also trying to do orders for deliveroo drivers, let alone considering hygeine. I asked the very stressed girl who served us if she was ok before giving her my order, she just shook her head. I've never felt more sorry for staff. The card machine then lost connection so 3 attempts were made to pay for my order which when it arrived was wrong but I didn't have the heart to say anything because my impression is that this premesis is rediculously under straffed and it isn't the fault of the staff trying their best. The bosses need to get control over this business before somebody ends up getting food poisoning or a staff member has a break down. Thank you to the staff who were there for trying their best to hold things together..
